I am a case manager and I have a young quadraplegic with a g-tube that needs Baclofen suspension. does anyone know where I might be able to get this for him? ## Actually, your pharmacy or the small pharmacies that do compounds should be able to mix it up. Do you have any hospitals in your area that has outpatient pharmacies? This is your best bet. If your pharmacist is leary to do it have him go to www.sickkids.ca/pharmacy as this website gives him step by step instructions on how to mix the compounds. ## That is correct, if a regular pharmacy doesn't carry it in a suspension form, any compounding pharmacy should be able to fill the prescription for you. My 1yr old son has been prescribed Ofloxacin suspension for watery Diarrhoea that he has been suffering from for the last 4 days. Ofloxacin has been banned in the US for its "reversible & irreversible injury to the musculoskelital system in children" as one website said.What do I do? Is it of any use in diarrhoea? Let me know... ## Actually, there was a medication called Tannate 12 S, which was a suspension used to treat coughing and allergies, it contains Carbetapentane and Chlorpheniramine. I failed a U/A in 2012 and I failed in 2017. I am under suspension for 3 yrs from looking or going back to my company and my company wants me to go to treatment and then go back asap. For me and my child Cyclopam is a life saver. My son suffered severe nausea and vomiting; couldn't retain any liquids or solids. We took him to the doctor who prescribed Cyclopam Syrup. 5ML three times - BAM!!! He recovered the next day back to normal. I have not seen any side effects. I tried it on myself and it worked. Well, certain drugs are meant to be taken with precaution with expectations of side effects. There is no medication without having any side effects. Doctor recommends it because it is needed to your medication condition. If you think too much about the side effects, refrain from taking any medications. Heavy cough ## I was prescribed Tussionex syrup for an acute bronchial infection, along with an antibiotic and an inhalant. I took the Tussionex before I went to bed, and was not able to sleep a wink all night. I had a similar reaction to another cold medication about 5 years ago. Is this common?
