Supradyn tablets appear to just be your typical multivitamin supplement with added ginseng or Co Q10, generally prescribed for treating vitamin deficiency in patients. sir I recently started taking supradyn multivitamin and vitamin E tablets with vitamin C tablets, but I am expriencing pain during urination. Please advice. ## Dr. Sir / ma'am my wife started using supradyn tablets from 5 days as per doctors advice. but today She consumed 3 tablets of supradyn at a time! I am sooooo worried. I dont have Any possibility to take her to hospital now! Any side side effect she will get? pls reply me soon. ## Santto, the vitamins shouldn't cause that. It could be a urinary tract infection, so you need to see your doctor as soon as possible. Noel, they are just multivitamins, but taking too many of some of them can cause health issues, so she needs to see her doctor to be checked out. Are there any other questions or comments?

I want to ask if it is normal to vomit every time I take supranutrol OB? I take it 2x daily and the same effect always occurs. ## Prenatal vitamins are very potent, so they do cause nausea and vomiting in some people that take them, according to the NIH. Pregnancy itself can also cause nausea and vomiting. Is this the only thing you are currently taking? I think i need vitamin B12, and I understand that Neurovit is B12 only, without Vitamin B1 and B6. I took B1,B6 and B12 combined but I suddenly experienced tingling/needle-like sensation so stopped taking Supraneuron tablets. ## Have you consulted your doctor to see if you need it? Too much Vitamin B12 can be just as dangerous as not having enough of it in your body.
