If someone was taking 8mg suboxene 1x a day for 8 years, could they take about 30 milligrams of liquid methadone for 30 days to detox from suboxene and have no withdrawals/side effects. Please advise asap. ## Hi Gene! Before you start the methadone you must be in withdrawals. Are you going through a clinic or on your own? Since you've been on suboxone for awhile, it may take longer than 30 days to get clean. Methadone in it self is addictive too. If you are going to do this in a month you will probably still go through withdrawals for awhile. Again, being you were on suboxone for some time. Let us know how you are doing.

Does anyone no what pill is better or are they the same? Today my pharmacy gave me the orange 54-375 but i was taking a white pill with 155 on it the orange one is a little smaller. And just dont seem like it would work as good i think Roxanne is the maker can any one help me? Why would someone take suboxone and subutex at the same time. Are they not basically treating the same condition? ## Yes, the only difference is that the Suboxone contains Naloxone, to neutralize other narcotics that someone may try to take at the same time. I have been on suboxene for a little more than a year and my doctor won't taper me down ski need to find out a successful taper that will work and hopefully pretty fast. Please help. ## Why don't you just change doctors to someone who may be more willing to work with you? As a paying customer, you have a choice with whom you spend your money, and in the end it's his loss for not wanting to help you. I would strongly recommend seeing a pain management specialist since they are at least more knowledgeable and understanding of these types of medications and what true chronic pain patients really have to go through. Some medications can be taken in fractions (actually cut into pieces) and these smaller pieces can be taken in place of the regular dose for a period of several week...

I am taking one daladid every 4days so I only take maybe 3 a week. I am also on fentnyl 50 mg patch and xxanx 1 mg I am takinmg 8 mgs of that a day. This past wed, thur I took 6 15 mg roxies. Between Fri, Sat, sun and yesterday I took a total of 20 mg of suboxen. I never take them but didnt want any withdrawls.
