Thankfully, they have not defied basic math. :-) Thus, the 50mg is the strongest one. This is an antihistamine that is used to treat allergic reaction, nausea and for its sedative like effects. I have been diagnosed with having a mycobacterium infection. I am currently working asking one tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon to the Bactrim DS 800/160mg. Is there anything stronger? I have just taken the pm dose of day four. Should I be seeing signs this medication working by now? My doctor says I may have to have surgery to remove infection if the Bactrim doesn't work. ## This is a very potent antibiotic. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, stomach pain, and diarrhea. Has there been any change? Hello, I have been taking one Oxycodone 10/325 three times a day along with 15mg of Morphine 3 times a day for a year now. I am now in need of something stronger for my chronic back pain. Trying to get off Subutex and get on something stronger for my back . I have rods and screws in my back. WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH 3592 ON ONE SIDE OR A WHITE OBLONG PILL WITH M367 ON ONE SIDE....WHICH ONE IS STRONGER? ## The tablet marked M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 3592 V marking contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus the M 367 contains more of the narcotic, but the other contains more Acetaminophen, which makes it kind of hard to say which one is stronger. Some people may do better with the higher dose of the narcotic, because the Acetaminophen doesn't have as much effect on them, but it can potentiate the effects of the narcotic, so others might do better with the lower dose of Hydrocodone and more Acetaminophen. Which one works better for you?

Is 50mg of tramadol the same as 3/325 of tramadol? ## Hi Penny, To answer your question, no, there actually isn't a 3/325mg dosage of Tramadol since those numbers refer to two separate medications and dosages. As far as dosing goes, the usual recommended dose of tramadol is 50-100 mg (immediate release tablets) every 4-6 hours as needed for pain. The maximum dose is marked at 400 mg/day. I do not know why anyone hasn't mentoned methadone ? Opana. Diaudid are both IR drugs. The pain relief never lasts long and tolerance develops quickly. Methadone is an instant release medication whose long half life cannot be beat. There is a new law or regulation that if your pain management Doctor has you on methadone that an EKG has to be done each year. Evidently methadone can contribute to heart arythmias but lower dose's ( under 80mg ) seem to be fine. 80 mg of methadone will keep almost anyone pain free ( and possibly asleep) and the duration is 24 hours. has tylenol been taken out of lortab 10/500 ## It hasn't been taken out, but reduced because of the effects on the liver. ## FDA now requires all prescription meds to have no more than 325 mg of tylenol in each dose. There is a form of Hydrocodone that does not contain tylenol. It is an Extended Release, it is Zohydro. ## Lortab 10/500 contains 10 mg of hydrocodone and 500mgs. of acetaminifen (Tylenol) if ya need something strong go on up to percocet (Oxycodine) and come in strengths from 5 MG's of oxy all the way up to 80 MG's. of oxy per pill

I usually take 2 lortab 7.5 every 6 hours. I haVe been reading a lot about the different in hydro and oxcy and the Tylenol in and what the numbers mean. Talking with friends who only have limited to none knowledge about the subject I heard about a lortab 10 or lartab 20? Is it more hydro fro pain relief or just more Tylenol added to them? I've had 3 back surgery and I am want more of the burning pain to go away. To me lartabs worked better than oxcy 5 or 10s. ## The highest amount of medication in Lortab, or any other hydrocodone combination med is 10 mg hydrocodone and 325 acetaminphen. The most amount of acetaminphen that a prescription meds can contain now is 325 mg.

My doctor gave me norco 10/81 is it as stonge or stronger than norco 10/325? ## Based on my research there is no such thing as "norco 10/81". However it if really does exist, then it would essentially be weaker than 10/325 (hence 325 is larger number than 81).
