I found a off white/biege tablet in floor. On one side its got like an A with Rx symbol (like the medicine cup thing) with letter TE below. Flip side only has scored mark. ## I checked several databases and haven't been able to find a listing for this among U.S. prescription medications. Can someone tell me what it is? ## @Eli, I located a round white pill with 5599 on one side and scored on the other with DAN DAN on each side of the score. This particular pill is identified as a 100mg Trazodone hydrochloride tablet, which is in the drug class of antidepressants. For verification, the size of this pill is approximately 11.00 mm. It also carries a National Drug Code of 00591-5599 and was reportedly manufactured by Watson (a company that no longer exists due to acquisitions by Actavis and more recently Teva). Found mixed with rx bottle of Toprol XL 100mg EQ tabs. Bottle was labeled and contains Ethex brand eq tablets. The patient also has had Toprol XL 50mg and 100mg brand name tablets within the last year or so from more than one pharmacy. The m is very similar to the m on the toprol tablet with the AMO marking.
