I found a white pill that has P500 on one side and the other side is smooth. I can only find a pink pill like this white one. So what is this pill? ## Hi Tiffany, Ciprofloxacin is the only remote match I've seen to this description; it's white and oblong, but has P on one side and 500 on the other. I think your best bet may be to contact the manufacturer of the pink version of P500 (Pliva Inc.) to find out if they changed their formula... Reason being is that I've also seen the same situation happen with pain medication tablet colors being changed from yellow to white over recent years, but still bearing the same exact imprint. So it's probably worth a shot. Just for the record, the pink version is identified as generic Acetaminophen (500mg) + propoxyphene napsylate (100...

Round white pill, rather large, quite smooth, not grainy like other meds. Blank on one side with an imprint 121 in the middle on the other. That's it. ## The white pill in description marked 121 is identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg). NOTE: this particular pill is pictured as being Elliptical / Oval shaped as opposed to "round". Manufacturer: Marlex Pharmaceuticals Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 10135-0144 Acetaminophen is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). Learn More: Acetaminophen Details I hope this helps!

Trying to identify a large round white pill that says TCL 415 in a circular fashion around the whole pill. The back is smooth with no scoring. ## It appears that Lou is correct. I checked on the manufacturer's page, and if you go down to the bottom it shows a picture of the pill matching what is described. It's round and white with the imprint TCL 415. They list it as being Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg, NDC 49483-415-00. Does the above image match what was given to you? ## What medication is the one with TLC 415 round and white? ## Hi there! I just got my AM dose out of my 7-day planner! I know ALL of my meds but I’ve just ran discovered the same exact pill! Have NO clue as to what it is! Has TCL on top then underneath has 415.??The pill is a circle shaped white pill....

long slender oblong tablet color white imprint k30 on one side. smooth on other side. pain medication ## This is NOT Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen! This is 500mgs of Acetaminophen by itself, no narcotics. This is a generic or store brand of extra strength tylenol. ## Just an additional note, depending on where you looked you may have seen K30 listed as a narcotic because there used to be a small round codeine tablet with that marking but it has been discontinued and is no longer available. Caplet shaped pills with K30 are just Acetaminophen.

it is a white pill oblong in shape on one side it has markings IP19 on the other side it is smooth with no marking ## Is it possibly IP 18? That's a 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, manufactured by Interpharm, a generic for Tylenol. However, I can't find a tablet with just IP 19. Can you please double check the imprint?

I have a small round white tablet, smooth on one side and GG over 269 on other side. ## I believe the original imprint posted here is incorrect. There are three possible tablets which are likely what the OP is asking about. The first one is a round white tablet with imprint GG 264. This is Atenolol 100 mg (NDC 0781-1507), which is a medication "used alone or in combination with other medications to treat high blood pressure. It also is used to prevent angina (chest pain) and improve survival after a heart attack." [1] Inactive Ingredients: - Cellulose, Microcrystalline - Magnesium Stearate - Silicon Dioxide - Sodium Starch Glycolate Type a Potato The second one is a round white tablet with GG 296 on it. That is Loratadine 10 mg (NDC 0781-5077). It's an antihistamine "us...
