From what I've found, Supradyn is just a multivitamin nutritional supplement that contains a complex of nutrients vital to your overall health. There are generally considered safe to take, as long as your doctor approves and there is no set time frame that you need to take them or stop taking them, again unless your doctor specifies otherwise. They are fairly potent, so they may cause some nausea and should be taken in the morning to avoid having problems sleeping. Is there anything else I can help with?

I want a cholestrol medication with no side effects such as weight gain , pins and needles in fingers and pains in the legs at night ## Please can you recommend a cholestrol drug with no side effect. Hi all. Great reading your posts. I am on Mirtazapine for the second time. Happy new year by The way. Firstly my psychiatrist put me on 30mg. It knocked me out every time. I had vivid abnormal dreams, lucid which I love. Nevertheless I had the munchies all the time coupled with lethargy, fuzziness and mild hallucinations. I kept going but was getting chubbier by the week. I have been using Cilift 20mg as well as Alzam for just over 2 years. I have Rheumatoid arthritis. Started taking anti depressants after my husband committed suicide over 2 years ago. I do not sleep well. I still feel down at times, I have terrible pain in my hips, knees and elbows. Seems both tablets do not work for me anymore. Does the Cilift and the Alzam not affect the balance of my hormones? Oh I'm 63 Years old. I want to wean myself from these two meds. What would be the best route to follow? Hi. I have been on lexapro for about 3 weeks, starting out on 5mg to lessen any side effects. But I noticed after about the first couple of doses I was feeling back to my normal self and loving it. I had no side effects at all after a week so started taking the full 10mg. Still no side effects. I feel amazing, totally back to my happy and positive self. I am actually sleeping really well which for me is unheard of (so if that's a side effect I hope it stays) but maybe it's just because my mind is not racing with a million silly thoughts. Since one of its side effects is drowsiness, some doctors will use it to treat insomnia, as well, however, it IS NOT in and of itself a sleeping pill! Hi there, My husband who suffers from depression and sleeping problems has been taking Ivedal for years now and he does not just take one but two or three per night, which is really too much of course. For the past few months, he is very tearful, cries in the morning a lot without any particular reason. I was wondering if Ivedal could be the cause of this tearfulness. The reason I am asking is that I used to take Ivedal myself for a couple of months and I remember being depressed and tearful as well. So I stopped it and things went thankfully back to normal. I took 2 of them, just now and I want that drowsy feeling. ## The tablet with the M 360 marking contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin, this is a narcotic analgesic. And yes, it can cause drowsiness as a side effect, but taking it just to feel that, especially doubling up on them is not a safe idea. This is often how drug abuse starts. Serez 25mg was given to me for sleep at night. It has been a miracle drug for sleeping problems. Now I find that I seem to have symptoms of urinary tract infection but the diagnostics are clear.
