please... ## hi ## These tablets contain Butamirate, they are used to help prevent coughing. This is not available in the US, so I cannot find any other information. ## It has been said that coughing is a good reflex. If Butamirate prevents coughing, don't you think it's bad?

I have a tablet of Sinecod Forte, what is it used for? ## What is the function of sinecod and what is it predominantly use for. Is it for what disease process and what are the contradictions and what drugs should not be taken when taking sinecod? ## Sinecod contains Butamirate and is used to help prevent coughing. If anyone has more information, please post. ## I thought there's two existing classification of sinecod forte, antitussive and antihistamine. But i've been trying to search it in google the whole day but it didn't appear.

Puwede po ba ipagsabay ang Ambroxol syrup sa Sinecod forte. Sabi ng doktor ko puwede ituloy ko Sinecod habang iniinum ko Ambroxol n syrup na niresta skn. Tama po ba ipagsabay. Salamt. ## Nakainom na po ang 5 ambroxol 30 mg tab since yesterday...pero dry p din ang ubo ko madalas mangati lalamunan ko. Ok lang po ba na palitan ko ng sinecod forte? ## Your doctor knows best ... Sinecod will remedy your dry cough spells while Ambroxol will loosen any mucus/phlegm that is lodged within your respiratory tract. As we all know from experience, you can cough out loosened phlegm voluntarily. Much comfortable than coughing frequently even without productive cough. ## Pwede po. Pang dry cough kasi ang Sinecod. Ambroxol is used when there is productive cough. 1 tab every 8 to 12 hours.

Can someone pls help me...my grandma took ventolin at 4pm the sinecod at 9pm coz she cant sleep coz of dry cough. COUGH ## none ## Sorry, since this is not available in the U.S. finding information on it is difficult. Other countries just do not regulate their drugs and require as much information to be available to the consumer as the U.S. FDA does. I suggest asking your doctor or pharmacist for more information. ## Butamirate is an antitussic (cough suppressant) agent. Unlike Codein, Hydrocodone, Pholcodin and the likes it is not an opioid and has no sedating or constipating side effects. It's also very safe to use in children. Why it's not being used in UK, US, AU etc. is beyond me. It's very popular in continental Europe. Adverse effects are mild and rare and include nausea, skin rash and vertigo. ## Hi, Good day. My child is 7 years old and she's been experiencing a lack of sleep because of her dry cough. She has difficulty in breathing because of the running nose. She has a fever too. Can she take citirizine and senicod forte syrup at the same time?
