No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. Can you cut 7.5 mg hydrocodone in half? They are a round pill with 7161, no score mark, but they are too strong for me and make me sick to my stomach. ## 7161 doesn't show as being an imprint for Hydrocodone combination medication.
