I have been on votrient for 7 days. I have a colostomy bag. Today a bleed a little from the rectum. Is this a common side effect. I am male, 40yrs old, having urinary issues since 2009. I started with frequent urination which then led to irritation, pain and difficulty to pass urine. I have undergone urodynamics (found poor flow, suspected detrusor muscles dysfunction) and was given medications. Becoming worse, I had gone in for a sonography, CT scan which found no issues with my prostate and kidneys. Then a cystoscopy, bladder distention performed, even treated for interstitial cystitis, no improvement. Later an inj. of Botox was administered inside the bladder, but still no improvement. I've been on MMT for 15 years. Currently my disease is 180 per day. I've been on that or more for 6 years or so. For the past several months I've developed diarrhea with blood in it. It's gotten worse over time, and now there's a lot of blood. Enough to turn the color of the water red, dark red at times. I have been using Roxanol rectally and lately I've had to increase my dose due to escalating pain but I've found my tolerance seems to have shot up really fast. Hi, my brother has rectal cancer. They did the surgery and now he has a poop bag and is waiting for his chemo treatments. They say his white blood cells aren't producing enough to do the chemo. He is addicted to Dilaudid. Not sure of the mg., but he administers it at least 3-4 times a day. He knows he's addicted. He doesn't know that I know of his problem. My question is, "do Dilaudid's affect the white blood cells?" I have been having this purple growth in my rectal area and it is not responding to treatment. It sometimes causes constipation. Can anyone please help? ## Enzoy is a supplemental drink claimed to help with libido. As to your growth, are you referring to a hemorrhoid? Are you seeing a doctor regularly? . Dr prescribed me gabapin nt and praxidep cr for undiagonised rectal pain and spine legs pain fatigue. Hi, About three years ago during treatment for rectal cancer, I was given Dilaudid and Fentanyl as part of a pain management program. During a 10-day hospital stay, Dilaudid was injected sub-q every half-hour by means of a pump, and Fentanyl was injected by nurses when necessary (4-5 times a day). After discharge from the hospital, I kept the Dilaudid pump but, fortunately, Fentanyl was no longer required. I stayed on the pump until surgery 6 weeks later. Dilaudid was administered for another 10 days after surgery, but since the cause of the initial pain (a large tumour) had been removed, I no longer needed the medication. However the closest side effects I did see mentioned were "indigestion and abdominal/stomach pain" - which makes me wonder if this discomfort/pain could potentially spread down to that region. Are we speaking about the same product here? If you're treating hemorrhoids, perhaps something like Preparation-H may be better suited for your needs? And if you're trying to alleviate joint pain, I don't think Anaconda cream is within the realm of prospective treatment options. Depending on the severity of joint pain, anything from NSAID's to narcotic pain relievers or muscle relaxers seem to be more in line with that type of ailment, at least in my opinion.
