propo-n/apap ## I cannot be sure since you did not post the size, color, shape or imprint on the pill, posting your RX number tells nothing since they vary from pharmacy to pharmacy and only mean something to the pharmacy it came from. However, if you are referring to Propoxyphen and APAP, then this is Propoxyphene and Acetaminophen, which is a generic for the Narcotic pain killer Darvocet.

Bright red pill marked L227 found twice in different M&M plain candy bags. Pretty upsetting don't you think? ## The pill in description is Acetaminophen (500 mg). Is this meds stronger then perks ?the generic kind? ## Hi yvette, The pill you're describing marked "223" reportedly contains 5mgs of Oxycodone hydrochloride. But by comparison, Percocet is known to come in dosages containing up to 10mg of Oxycodone hydrochloride + 325mg of Acetaminophen. And even though some manufacturers tend to vary by strength, I would say that it all depends on what dosage of Percocet you get, since it is available in 2.5mg/325mg dosages as well.
