1/2 long, 1/4 diameter, pink, hard, capsule shaped pill marked "Alza 54". ## alza 54 is 54 mg extended release Concerta ## Very good if you actually have ADD or ADHD, but taking them without this condition may not be the best idea. They do not have any real effects, they make you more concentrated but you will get migranes the next day and will have a difficult time sleeping. I do not reccomend them for unprescribed use.

Starting taking last night for first time had a good night sleep but the next day felt sedated all day was hard to function at work is the normal with start up. ## Hello, Andre! How are you? white powder inside. These were found in a vitamin d3 soft gel bottle wrapped in an ace bandage in a gym bag...I suspect a steroid?? Oral?? ## Hi Paige, When you find things like this at the gym or inside of a gym bag I think steroids are almost always going to be a prime suspect, but without having a marking or imprint of some kind, this is really anyone's best guess. US prescription drugs all carry imprints, so we can definitely rule that out. This leaves any illicit, foreign, or dietary supplements as the next clue. I for one would assume "illicit" since why else would you stick a capsule in tin foil and put it inside of a vitamin D bottle? Found a purple pill that is the color of next nexium but the imprint is upjohn331...anyone know what this could be? ## I think the imprint is wrong. Either someone has tampered with this, switching the capsule or it could be nexium but I wouldn't take chances. Throw it out! ## @Nay, Whereabouts did you get it from? Depending on a pill's origin, I feel that it's legitimacy could probably speak for itself (i.e. from India, the internet, a local pharmacy, a friend, etc). I've also seen the following drug manufacturer's names associated with other pills bearing an "upjohn" imprint: Greenstone LLC, Pfizer (Mexico), Pharmacia Corp. Perhaps through contacting them, they can determine if your pill fits the description of something they actually make (or used to make)...

on one side it has 2 triangles pointing to each other and next to those is the number 20. on the other side it has the number 5728. ## The light yellow/cream colored capsule with the impring 93 3109 is amoxicillin. I have found a capsule that is dark green with a white stripe around the middle and the letters EX on one side next to the stripe ## I found some of these as well.... any luck identifying them? ## Found one in hallway, was able to find the bottle, excedrin extra strength. ## That is correct, this is Extra Strength Excedrin, it contains Acetaminophen, Aspirin and Caffeine. If it has no markings, then I think its origin is the probably one of the next most important factors to take into consideration (i.e. from a pharmacy, friend, internet source, etc?)... One thing is for certain though, and that is US (FDA) regulations require pharmaceuticals to bear an imprint for identification. Without these details present I can almost be certain it's not a legitimate US prescription drug. What do the contents of focalin xr look like inside the capsule? I'm asking because I feel my son's medication was tampered with. I think that someone emptied the contents of the capsules because for a couple of weekends that I got my son they were empty and then I mentioned it to his father that they were empty. I have these capsules that are all white and have the letters,"JSC" on them. They're from Mexico and they're supposed to be 50 milligram Codeine phosphate capsules. This is a generc version of the mild narcotic pain killer Darvocet. It contains Propoxyphene 100mgs and 650mgs of Acetaminophen. It is the mildest narcotic you can get, but still a narcotic nonetheless. Therefore it carries the possibility of dangerous side effects and addiction. I have chronic back pain from two fusions. I fell from 5 step up on a rainy deck and I had to have C3-4 fusion and L5-S1 And have been on pain meds for 11 years.
