I am taking acyclovir because I had two slight outbreaks of shingles in a year.I am having trouble with a very dry scratchy skin on the side I sleep onl I am taking it three times a day. it is causing me much needed sleep .Is this a side effects if so what can Ido .Would taking less help. ## Hello, Juanita! I am a pure vegetarian and have been eating only rice, boiled veggies, and lentils. Can pan 40 tablet help me in this regard.
