Hi, I am 44 years .Since last one year it was once or twice I had delayed periods ,showed doctor and she recommended me to take primolute N 10mg twice a day for five days .With this treatment my periods got normal and felt better. Last month my periods were delayed again ...without visiting doctor I took these tablets and got my periods with good result. My question is ....Is it advisable to take primolute N when ever my periods are delay ? Can I take these tablets in advance that is just 5 days before my due date to avoid delay ?Is it I am facing menopause ? Can these tablets by taking regular every month can avoid my menopause ? I'm going on holiday in about 4 weeks time and my period will be due at the same time. I know I can take primolut n to delay my period, but after reading about the side effects it sounds like I might have Pms-like symptoms while I'm taking it. So I'm wondering if once the period I'm on now finishes I could take the primolut n tabs for about a week or so, would this bring my period on early? I took primolut N to delay my periods. I had my my periods for three days with less bleeding after i quit taking primolut n. Since this is a hormone, it could also be causing dry mouth, which could also be causing it. Hi, last month i took 2 - primolut tablet (only 2 days - per day 1 tab) to delay my periods & got periods on 31 dec but this month still i didnt get my periods , its been 7 days delay & never happened like this. Mine s always regular periods & i took once before this primolut 2 years back. I was given primolut due to heavy bleeding about 5 days back and I had a laparoscopy done 2 days back. Though I was asked take the primolut for 14 days I forgot take it after the surgery and now I've started to bleed heavily is it alright if I start on the primolut again ?

I was married for 5 yrs but didn't have babies. I had my last period on 20/4/2015. My doctor prescribed primolute N to take from 3/5/2015 and ovafin afterwards. Then asked me to come in for a scan.
