One of the closest matches is Acetaminophen (81 mg) which is classified as a round yellow pill with an L imprint. You may also have a certain brand of birth control pills seeing as birth control pills are often small, round, with a one letter imprint. This may seem like a vague response, but it's the best I can do in this situation. Where exactly did you find the pills?

Large, sort of oval-shaped pink pill, split in half. Only number (probably the first number) on one side is 8. On the other side of the half-pill is a 6, probably the last number. ## I can't be completely certain, since the complete imprint isn't posted, but your description reminds of the 800mg Skelaxin tablets that I took for years. Small round pink pill with the letter P on one side. There are no other markings. ## There are a couple possible ID's for this pill, based on the description provided. Although there may be more, the one's I located are manufactured in the US. The first match is identified as Pepcid complete (calcium carbonate 800 mg + famotidine 10 mg + magnesium hydroxide 165 mg). The "P" imprint on this pill is clearly a P and not a B. Its a white pill with pink specks on it and a capital letter E on the other side. ## Based on your description, I'm finding two different white pills that have pink specs on them; but neither seem to have the correct imprint. Is there any chance that the "E" could actually be something else? Perhaps a cursive "V" or a logo of some kind?
