No, the nomenclature clearly reads 44 372. Am presuming it is an off batch. ## I also just found this same pill in my daughters backpack. I have NO idea were she got it and was looking for information before she gets home from school to talk to her about it. ## This is a Mucus Relief pill. Acetaminophen 325mg, Guaifenesin 200mg, Dextromethorphan HBr 10mg, Phenylephrine HCl 5mg. Don't worry, if you found this its prob because she was feeling sick and brought some to school to relieve symptoms. The only thing to worry about recreationally is Dextromethorphan but 10mg isn't gonna do anything. Also, because its mixed with other medication its pretty much useless. its yellow round and IMPRINTED 37.5 its indented in halfand the 37.5 is loctaed on the top half of the indent that goes across. please help a.s.a.p ## I don't know 100 % for sure but think it might be a 37.5 mg Phentermine from outside the United States. Once again, I am not too sure but this is the first possibility which came to mind - usually pills outside the USA are much harder to identify. Can anybody else verify ?
