ANYONE ELSE TRYING SAVELLA FOR FIBROMYALGIA?
This is a new medication that just came out for fibromyalgia. I have several other conditions involving spinal degeneration , herniated discs, arthritus, etc. I've been taking this medication for a little over 2 weeks now and have worked up to the full dose. My biggest symptom seems to be upset stomach but I don't know if it's from the Savella or from de-toxing from 7 other medications that I've been on for over 10+ yrs. Is there anyone else out there that has started this medication that can give me any information that they may have on it? ## I have been on Savella for approximately 30 days post trial period. I am experiencing changes in mood swings and some depression. I am not sure if this is a resulf of being off Zoloft or just the transition time my body is requiri... ...

Synap Forte - excellent for real pain
I am not a medical practioner - but realise that ANY medication taken ouitside of the manufacturers guidelines is dangerous. Synap Forte is excellent for pain relief after surgery or more serious pain such as back pain - spinal surgery etc etc - which have had- I have been taking Synap on and off for over 15 years and have never suffered any side effects - but then I only take it when ABSOLUTELY necessary and I treat ALL medication in this manner - read the inserts and speak to your Dr who prescribes meds for you and get advise on any medication. For REAL pain Synap Forte rules !! By the way it has been on the market for over 30 years now. ## One of the active ingredients in Synap Forte is Dextropropoxyphene, which has been pulled from the market in most countries, due to severe dangers... ...

neurotin long term use??????
I have been taken neurotin for about a year for nerve pain. It allowed me to function and work . I recently had a spinal fusion because of the pain worsening. the dr told ne the pain would instantly go away which it did for 2 weeksw but then the pain came back. so I started taking the neurotin again. I am worried about long term use . Alot of my friends say it has bad side effects and long term use is bad for the heart. Has any one heard of any thing about long term use of this neurotin. If surgery did not work I guess i will have to coninue this drug long term in order to have a better quality of life. by the way Itake 300mg 2 times aday which is a low dose and controls the pain mostly ## i had an elbow relacement last year in december. after surgery i had nerve damage in my hand, i ha... ...

amerigroup real solutions
Does medicaid pay for neurontin or lyrica? ## HI THERE MY NAME IS MICHAEL, I HAVE A NEW INSURANCE CALLED AMERIGROUP REAL SOLUTIONS, I WAS WONDERING IF IT COVERS THE DRUG CALLED SUBOXONE, MANY SITES ARE SAYING DIFFERENT THINGS, I WOULD APPRECIATE AN ANSWER, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.. ## Hi Linda, From what I've read, Medicaid does provide coverage for drugs like Neurontin and Lyrica. However, you might also want to call the pharmacy ahead of time to verify whether or not there's a copay. @Mikey, According to Amerigroup's webpage, coverage is available for generic Suboxone (buprenorphine + naloxone), but it does require prior authorization and there also appears to be quantity limits of 120 for a 30 day period. Ecosprin 150 timing
i forget taking ecospirin 150 after lunch. is it ok if i take it any other time ## Ecosprin just contains Aspirin and in many cases it is used as a blood thinner in these lower dosages. That said, there is no particular time of day that it has to be taken, so there really shouldn't be any problem if you switch it to another time that's easier for you to remember to take it. Learn more Ecosprin details here. If you're on the once a day dosing, then you should just make sure not to take them any closer than 24 hours apart. So, if you want to take one later in the day, then taking your next dose 30 hours away from the last one would be safer than taking them just six hours apart. Are there any other questions or comments? ...

Sorry about the problem that you're having getting your prescription filled. Yes, there have been several posts recently about this issue, but there is currently no information available on when the problem may be resolved. Learn more Phenobarbital details here. The only suggestion I can really make is to speak to your doctor to see if there are any alternatives you can use, in the meantime. Does anyone else know more about the shortage? ## After my post, I called Westward Pharm and found out they were not producing the 10, 15, 30. 60s right now due to an issue at their plant. Ala Nerve
Does Ala Nerve cause allergic reactions: ## My mother who is 93 years old was prescribed Ala-Nerve for peripheral neuropathy but she does not suffer from diabetes, She has experienced severe rashes throughout her body which she attributed to allergy due to weather change (warm-cool changes - we are in the tropics) However after several months of taking 950 mg Ala-Nerve daily, her allergy has become quite severe despite realitively stable weather. She is also taking Lyrica and Neurobion for several years to relieve her postherpetic neuralgia. Initially her allergic rashes could be relieved by Claricort but lately her response to the medication has been very slow. ## ALAnerv is a nutritional supplement. Coming off Invega Sustenna
Hi, I was given Invega Sustenna at 100mg a month for 10 months since Dec 5th. My last shot was on August 29th 2013. The medication gave me severe anhedonia and I have lost the motivation and willpower to do anything. I can no longer experience joy, happiness, or pleasure from anything I do and I have no interest in doing anything. I constantly feel restless and uneasy and I just can't shake this feeling away no matter what. All of these started about a week after my first IV. I have been off this medication for almost 3 months now and I have yet to feel any improvements. I have read that it has a long half life of 25-49 days and that it can stay in your body for 300 days. So does that mean I will have to wait a year to start feeling better? Any info on someone who has been off this ... ...

abuse of seroquel
I want to know what would happen if Seroquel is prescribed to a man of 180lbs and this dosage is given to a woman of 110 pounds. ## The most that will happen is you will sleep for about 12 hours. I have taken 3 50mg at one time and I am still here no problems ## Drugs effect everyone differently, so even though you weigh more, what is an appropriate dose for one person is NOT necessarily safe for another person. When you doctor prescribes a certain dosage, they have to consider many factors, including medication tolerance. ## I take 500 mg of Seroquel for Bipolar, and al0so take 3 two milligrams of Xanax daily. (total of 6 mgs of xanax a day. The only thing bad about Seroquel is the potential for diabetes and EXTREME weight gain. ## i take 300mg of seroquel every night before bed .all i... ...

Cym Gen 60mg Info
Hi there, was changed to Cymgen 60mg. I was told the anti depressant is "weight gain indifferent". I had my nervous bdown 2.5 years ago and has been on various tabs, but in all has picked up about 12 kgs. I joined a weightloss group beginning of this year and have lost 1.2kgs in one month. substitute morphine sulfate for oxycontin
Hello: So I just got something from my insurance company telling me they no longer will pay for oxy 20 or the generic..which is off the market anyway. The substitute is morphine sulfate I believe..that's what they are covering. How much of this do I need to equal one 20mg? I take 3 20's per day.. Thanks for any help I can get.. ## Oxycodone is 1.5 times stronger than Morphine, so your daily dose would need to be 90mgs of Morphine to be equivalent, so on the same dosing schedule, you would take 30mgs of the Morphine, 3 times a day. Are there any questions or comments? ## Hi Ms. Verwon, I learn something new from you all of the time. I was under the impression that Morphine was much stronger than Oxycodone. ore about Simvastatin
I've been on 10 mg Simvastatin for 3 months. It was prescribed after a TIA landed me in the ER one evening. Extensive testing was done including the CT, Echo, and others. ALL were totally normal. I figured from the get go that my extreme stress level (an easy 25) was the culprit. My cholesterol was 220 and that set off alarm buttons. It has been 240 for years so I wasn't in the least bit concerned. Other things were prescribed on my chart including coumadin which I refused. I take vitamins & minerals (fish oil, flax oil, D3, SE, CA, and others) daily and have for years. Reluctantly I agreed to try the simvastatin 10 mg for 60 days. First lab work showed cholesterol at 178 and I said enough. Realizing I'd have to back off a little slowly, I'm now taking 5 mg for 30 da... ...
