Light Blue pill oblong , only number" 131" on pill ## Hi Pattay, There don't appear any photographs on the internet that depict what shade of blue it is or the placement of the imprint, but the closest description I'm seeing to yours is a blue capsule-shaped pill with a marking of 131, that reportedly contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen + 25mgs of Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (Also known as Tylenol PM); which is used for the temporary relief of headaches, minor pain, & sleeplessness. For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Velocity Pharma and carries a National Drug Code of 76168-011. Furthermore, the size of the pill is posted at 18mm. Does this sound like a possibility?

Its light blue ## Hi Hope, Sun Pharmaceuticals makes an 8mg Ondansetron hydrochloride tablet that fits this same description, with the one exception of being yellow and not blue... I would just question if they've recently or previously altered the color of their pill? Small round yellow pill marked ep 131 ## Based on the description provided I located this pill to be Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg). On a number of searches I did, people have stated that the pill is peach colored or orange colored, but I'm sure the color tone may vary slightly, as this is the only pill marked EP 131 that is round and similar in color. I take methadone 10 mg 54/142 but the pharmacy gave me a different kind that has U42 on it. I've been trying to figure out what type of pill these are. I was told they are Soma from Mexico but can't find anything to back it up. Can’t find anything on it ## I've probably identified your "R" and it could be Xanax, according to a Nigerian website. However, pills with no # on it means they are either not from the U.S., or possibly counterfeit. I'm currently taking the R 131 1 mg from Activas/Teva. The ones you have sound fake as they are embossed with the company logo with no NDA #? I'd toss it.

I went to my pharmacy and instead of tylenol 3 they gave me a pill with u36 on it. a script "R' is on one side and either the number 130 or 131. Supposedly they are xanax. Who makes them? ## The marking is 031 R, they contain 1mg of Alprazolam, the active ingredient in Xanax and are manufactured by Actavis. Is there anything else I can help with?
