accutane only for 2 months?
Hi, I don't have severe acne.. but I'm weirded out because everyone says you've got to be at least 6 months on the accutane program. My dermatologist however told me it's time to stop now? I only took a low dosage as well at 20mg per day. Does anyone have the same experience? Short term accutane? ...

I got them from one of my siblings. There information brochures wasn't attached. The pill says WATSON 853. I have a herniated disc. Both of my siblings have had two back surgeries. GDC 105 white oblong tablet
Gdc With The G Wrapping around the dc And It Says 105 to the right of the GDC. ## I can't find a listing for this exact marking, I am sure it's because this company makes over the counter products and they are therefore not required to log the imprints with the FDA. They make several different items that are sold as generics or store brands for products such as Tum and Pepto Bismol tablets. Does anyone else recognize this? ...

what pharmacy wil fill this?
script says dispense when presented but the date is a few weeks away, what pharmacy will fill this? ## I have a script for subutex that says fill when presented but is dated for 8/24 to 9/23 . does anyone know where I can get this filled? one pharmacy told me they would fill it over the phone then when I got there the lady I spoke to was gone and they wouldn't fill it. ## They won't fill a pre-dated prescription, it would be illegal for them to do so. A doctor isn't even allowed to write them like that for controlled substances and they could be reported and get in trouble for it. Learn more Subutex details here. To have any chance of getting it filled, you'll have to wait until the date that is written on it. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I would bring the w... ...

Long story short, my new insurance will not cover 1/3 of my 30 mg oxycontin. I notice on my breakthrough meds, Oxycodone 20 mg, the bottle says, "Generic for Roxicodone." Is there another name for Oxycodone that my insurance will cover? Btw, my ins. will cover 4 a day 60 mg and the same for 80 mg! I am only asking for 3 a day of the 30 mg! What is funny is playing with insurance coverage online, I put in 100 pills a day for oxycodone, and my insurance will approve! Really? I realize that would never happen, but I am just saying, they have got their heads up their..... ## No, there is no other name for Oxycontin, the active ingredient is Oxycodone in a time released formulation, but it isn't available as a generic anymore. I wonder how their coverage checker is reading them, ... ...

does it help or make it worse
my husband was adicted to percocets and went on suboxen, now he says he need xanax to relax. ## Xanax is a Benzodiazepine, highly addictive. I worry that he is just trading one addiction for another. ## Not only is it addictive... there have been a number of deaths reported in people mixing suboxone and benzo's. It's very dangerous. And, this is coming from someone who had NO FEAR in taking high, dangerous levels of things.... I can take 40 hydrocodone's in a day, easy and mix it with other stuff too. But, I would not mix suboxone with benzo's. ## I am having a procedure done and the dr is prescribing vicodin. I am currently on suboxone. I WILL NOT take the vicodine unless I am in excrutiating pain. Would the suboxone help me with pain like the vicodine? Or how long shou... ...

Oxycodone Without Tylenol
I have Hep-C and am taking oxycodone-acetaminophen for severe knee pain. Meanwhile, my liver is getting worse. My "doctor" a P.A. says there is no oxycodone without acetaminophen. My hematologist says there is...and that I should be on it. Who's correct here and what should I do? ## There certain is Oxycodone available without Acetaminophen, it is sold under the brand names Roxicodone, which is a regular release formulation and an instant release one called OxyIR, both of which are also available as generics. Learn more Roxicodone details here. If you're just seeing the PA, that may be the issue, as they do not have as much knowledge as doctors. capsule half red half white
capsule half red half white, on red side says barr, on white side says 658,my grandfather put a bunch of pills in 1 bottle and now we dont know what they are. ## Barr 658 is Acetaminophen + Oxycodone, a pain killer. ## red and white capsule with barr on one side and 658 on the other what is it? ## Usually when Grandparents, Parents, and people in general put pills in non-labeled bottles with others, it is one of two reasons. The first is to have daily meds all in one place for easy access. The second and more likely is cause they have members or visitors in the household who are stealing and or abusing the meds. It is to confuse the people who may steal them so they don't know what is what. The prescribed person more than likely knows which is which. I think sites like this make pil... ...

250 mg twice a day unheard of?
I take an older antipsychotic and in addition have sleep apnea. Nuvigil 250 mg 2 times a day makes me feel like a new person, yet most doctors are too timid to prescribe anything beyond what it says on the box. I feel it's actually way more dangerous to be sleepy and driving around saying and doing dumb things, but I can't seem to get any MD's to think even a little bit 'outside the box'. Off-label they can write for whatever strength they want. ## Hello, Based on my research, Nuvigil is a federally controlled substance because it has the potential to be abused or lead to dependence. (250 mg) is the highest dose of Nuvigil and is usually prescribed for oral administration once a day. Since the dose you're comfortable with is 2 (250 mg) pills a day that probably m... ...

Viibryd and chronic nausea
I've been taking Viibryd for over a year now with great success! It has really changed my life. Over the past 3 months, I've had an issue with chronic Nausea and vomiting . My Dr. Says it isn't drug related since I was able to tolerate after starting. I can't figure out what is causing this and it's very frustrating. My gut tells me it's the drug , but I am so scared to stop taking as its helped me so much! Has anyone else had this issue??? ## Hello, Lily! How are you doing? Your doctor is right, it would be very unusual for the medication to cause nausea, after being on it for such a long time. Has anything else changed, such as your eating habits? Exercise levels? Are you on any other medications? ## No, nothing has really changed, I am not as active as I shoul... ...

I am new to butran patch. I have heard that it May take a couple of days for the patch to become it ok to take my loratab 10mg 2 tabs every 6 hrs the first day? ## Hello, Gaye! How are you? There is no reason it should take so long for the patch to start working, it should only take a short time for the medication to start being absorbed and alleviating your pain. Learn more Butrans details here. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. mallinckrodt hydrocodone
I have been using brand name Norco 10 325 for some time. recently because of the DEA I cannot get them and nowi mallinckrodt s the only drug my pharmacy sells. I have read so many bad things about them on the internet, frankly I am about to have a nervous breakdown as I recently had rotator cuff surgery and I have to have the pain control to complete my therapy. I have heard good things but everyone says that the one to say the good things are crazy. help!!! ## I understand your concern, however, the only way to know if they will help you, or not, is to actually try them! White Capsule Half Moon200
I think I recieved wrong prescription. It is a white capsule with a tiny half moon and 200 imprinted in black on both sides of capsule. What is it? ## ritalin ## Yes, this seems to be the Actavis logo and they do have one similar to this that contains 20mgs of Methylphenidate, the active ingredient in Ritalin, in an extended release formulation. What medication were you supposed to receive? ## They are supposed to make the person picking them up aware of any changes whatsoever. As long as this wasn't the first time filling it. So for them to not say anything and give you those, they can get in a lot of s***. Those are completely different than other adhd meds. Especially when you are told its 20mg and says 200? Anyone would be nervous about taking them. ...

Ip 190 500 is not Hydrocodone
Hydros say IP 109 and naproxen says IP 190 ## Hi amanda, Thanks for clearing up any confusion between the two pills! From what I could gather, another differentiating factor is that Naproxen's tablet also has "500" imprinted on the other side of IP 190; whereas with Hydrocodone/Apap, IP 109 is the only imprint.
