Pill 43

This pill is white and long it has a PH on one half of the pill and 043 on the other. There is no V on the other side of the pill someone gave it to me saying it was for getting rid of mucus because the weather has been so crazy. I have not taken it yet for the fear of not trusting them haha. So, I came on here to find out what it is. Can someone please tell me? That will be well appreciated. I have a small and white pill with the letters and numbers SL 433. Is it a pain pill? ## This is actually a fairly old pill, the ones with the SL markings are no longer being made, the company has been purchased by Pliva, and the new markings read Pliva but keep the same numbers. Anyway, this is Trazadone 50mgs, a generic for Desyrel, this is an antidepressant.
