It is white and capsule-shaped (oblong). 4212 is on one side and the letter V is on the other. Methocarbamol is a central muscle relaxant used to treat skeletal muscle spasms. You never said why you need the imprint coad for all of Abbott's medications..I assume since you seem to have access to a computer just look it up yourself..
