Have been seeing the same pain management Doctor for the last 20 years, but I am now moving to Pennsylvania. I have been spending time between the move trying to find a Doctor in Pennsylvania that will keep me on the same regimen I have been on for this long. It is futile! Does anyone have any idea if there is a doctor near Hazleton, Wilkes Barre, Scranton...that isn't absolutely afraid to treat a pain patient with methadone or other opiods? ## About 2 years ago I had a back fusion done with two boats in it and in about a month ago I got in a wreck. Someone had the red light and turned. Now one of the screws is fractured and I need my medication ASAP. I was taking roxy 30s and Xanax. I cannot find a pain clinic anywhere.

Just show me the doc. ## I need to find a Dr for my pain around davinport fl to Tampa fl please help me ## Dr. Gerardo Florez, Jacksonville. $300 cash only. Just give them a local address and say you just moved there. Although, I doubt he would care. I've seen plates from Alabama and Georgia when I was there. He will keep you on whatever you are already on if you can bring your bottles or they'll just pull up your eforcse record. Not a pill mill! Just a Dr who treats patients instead of a government agent posing as a dr. if you know what I mean! He's a terrific guy! Don't poss off Mike, the office manager! He will ge...

Here is my problem. Been in pain management since March 2014 when I was diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease in both feet and had right leg amputated. So my PCP found me a pain clinic and was prescribed 120 Roxicodone 30mg + 90 Oxymorphone ER 15mg. I was at pain clinic up till March 2015 when they shut down. My Dr @ pain clinic that shut down, found me another pain clinic. I've been going to this pain clinic since March 2015 till present (October 2015) my first visit the NP dropped me down to 90 Roxi 30mg and kept me @ 90 Oxymorphone ER 15mg, which I was fine with. Of course being new to this pain management it was hard losing that 1 extra pill. My next visit, i brought my bottles because I get a 30 day supply but go every 28 days. The NP then told me that She has to drop me O...

Most will not prescribe controlled substances for cash patients, anymore… and when you find one that does, most pharmacies won't fill them, because it makes it easier for someone to doctor and pharmacy hop. Some advice I can give you is to not specifically ask for any 'specific medication' when you see a new doctor. Just make sure to transfer or take a copy of all your medical records with you. Then, the best approach in my o...

I have been on Hydrocodone for 12 yrs.now and it just isn't strong enough to kill the pain any more. My pain management doctor does not have the credentials to even prescribe a schedule III, such as Oxycodone or Morphine. I have been on strong pain medications which really helped but my problem is with me moving and all I need to find a new pain management doctor who will accept cash because I have no insurance. I do have all my records and mri so any help given would be greatly appreciated. Thank you ## Hello, Cindy! How are you? Most pain management doctors will not accept an uninsured patient, due to the fact that it makes it far too easy for someone to doctor and pharmacy hop. Pain Clinics in the Orlando area charge between $150 and $250 cash per visit.... what aren't they required to take insurance? ## No doctor or clinic anywhere is required to take insurance, unless they receive government funding and must accept some forms as part of the funding agreements. Learn more Pain management details here. Places are required to accept cash as legal tender, but they aren't required to accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, insurance or anything else, if they operate as an independent business. Have you tried checking with your insurance company to see if they can recommend a doctor in the area?

I recently moved back to Galveston from Louisiana and need a pain clinic. I took methadone 10 X 3 for 20 years and now taking oxycodone. I want to go back to work but need to control pain from cervical fusion, nerve damage, and blown out discs. Nerve blocks don't work. I have insurance but will pay cash if necessary. Have been driving back to Louisiana every couple of months but that won't work if I do.

FYI: Most of these pain clinics will not take patient who pays CASH. Apparently they believe that if you pay cash, you are sketchy and just looking for a high. Maybe if they were in my situation(husband makes $10 a hour and insurance is $498 a month and I am fighting for disability so I make no money and have no insurance) they would quit judging people. SICK of being looked at like a junkie! I am in so much pain I honestly am thinking I would be better off dead. :( ## Hi! I'm very sorry that you're suffering, but death is definitely not the answer. All that would do is hurt the people that care about you. Having almost died from heart failure several years ago, I can assure you that it is not a pleasant experience. The reason they don't want to take cash patients is due to ...

Hi. I have a question about fentanyl. I'm on 25+12mg every 72hr but still in a lot off pain. Now I heard from a friend that oxycodone 80mg is stronger. I'm in the pain clinic and my dr said my insurance (bmc) doesn't cover the oxycodone. Can anyone tell me if I can pay for the meds with cash? ## Hello, Caroux! How are you? No, Fentanyl is the strongest narcotic available, it is even stronger than Oxycodone. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, you may need a medication for breakthrough pain, in addition to the patches. Most doctors will prescribe a low dose Oxycodone or something similar. Have you let your doctor know that your current ...

looking for a cash only doctor or clinic in dallas texas that prescribes loracets or loratabs ## Almost all doctors and clinics will accept cash for their services if someone doesn't have insurance, or would rather pay that way, than use their insurance. It does not, however, make the transaction untraceable. Your information and the information on whatever narcotic is prescribed, if any, would still be completely logged and reported by the doctor/clinic, as well as by the pharmacy where you had it filled. The only thing that would be avoided by doing it cash only, would be having your insurance company know what you're taking. Does anyone know of any such places in the area? ## Did you ever find the cash only doctor? I am just curious, looking for the same actually. I have insu...
