I live over 70 miles from any methadone clinic. I'm in rural Pahrump, a city with zero treatment options. I'm waiting on a hip replacement. Everything hurts so much right now. Only my husband is working but I have to drive since he has no license. He can't miss work in the morning and my clinic closes at 11:30 so we are loosing his hours at work paying about 20$ a day in gas and I hurt so bad after this I can only drive us to the clinic every other day. Because of this they won't raise our doses or ever give us take homes. This can't go on. I need to get my surgery and stay clean (we both are clean about 5 months.
