Hello! Micropil has 21 tablets, right? So it means there's 1 week pill-free. Is it safe to be in contact during that free week? Thanks. Newbie here. ## hi, as far as i know if you are using micropil, the 1 week pill-free is the time you will have your menstrual period. So, i mean you don't want to have contact if you have your period. hope this will help. ## There is no harm in having intercourse during your period, other than a possible mess. As long as you have been taking it as instructed, there should not be any risk of pregnancy, according the NIH. Side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and PMS-like symptoms. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hi there, i have started taking oralcon for the 1st time, i started on the 1st day of my period with the red pill, however i am now on my 4th day but stopped bleeding. Do i continue with the red pill even thou i am not bleeding or do i start with the whit pills? please advise. Thank You so much ## Hello, Prats! How are you? These have 3 weeks of white tablets and one week of red tablets that are inactive, which means that you should have started with the white tablets, not the red. Only the white tablets contain active hormones to protect you against pregnancy. If you start the white ones now, after your period is done, then you'll need to use some other form of protection against pregnancy for a full 7 days, before you will be protected by the Oralcon. Are there any other questions...

Hi there. I have been on oralcon for a few months, perhaps a little bit longer than a year. Things have gotten so hectic lately that i forgot to take some pills. I completely lost track of what pill I was on in the pack. I then decided to wait it out, get my period and then start taking them again and start "fresh" and keep proper track. My cycles were always spot on and never longer for 3 days and 28 days in-between periods. I am however a week late. Stressing out here. What can this mean? No signs of it coming soon either? ## Hello Irene, First I'll answer your question, according to the FDA and NIH Oralcon has a half life cycle of approximately 36 hours and it is generally accepted that it takes between 4 and 6 cycles to completely leave your system. This means that the O...

Is there a possibility that I could fall pregnant? I'm worried. Pls help. Thank you. ## Hello, Dudu! How are you? Yes, a missed pill means that there is a risk of pregnancy. Can Amoxicilin interact with Diane 35 contraceptive pills? ## Yes, it may interfere with its efficacy, according to NIH reports. You may also experience spotting, nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, and PMS-like symptoms. It is always best to use a backup means of protection, until about a week after finishing the antibiotic.

My doctor put me on low dose hormones because he thinks i may be in peri menapause. . He told me to take both white pills at the end but that i dont need to take the brown ones. Im wondering if i should go on to the next pack whether i start my period or not. I believe they told me keep taking them ## Hello, Jojo! How are you? Unless your doctor specifics otherwise, what that means is that you just don't have to take any pills those days, since there are no active ingredients in them. You just wouldn't take any those days, then start a new pack after those days pass. And yes, you continue onto the new pack, whether you get your period, or not. Some of the symptoms may include problems breathing, wheezing, chest tightness, and an inability to exercise. Can I use mupirocin and triamcinolone to effectively treat a bacterial skin infection ? ## What type of bacterial skin infection? Has it been confirmed by your doctor? Topical ointments are really only going to help with a topical infection, that would be one that's just on the very first layer of skin. Anything deeper than that is going to require a systemic antibiotic to eradicate, which means either taking it orally or by IV.

Can anglique be used as an oral contraceptive aswell ## Angeliq contains a form of Estradiol and Drospirenone, it is a form of HRT and no, these are not designed to be used as contraceptives. Are there any other questions? ## I have been on Livial for some time and am still having hot flushes and sweats. Would Angelique be better for me?

By what means do people take this tablet illegally? Orally thru the nose or injection or even smoke? ## @Kim, With "R 029" being a 0.5 mg generic Alprazolam tablet, it's probably one of the most highly abused drugs on the market. People find many ways to abuse these types of medications, if not by all of the methods in which you already mentioned. I wont go into detail because I already know its being done by those who could care less about the dangerous consequences. If you have a loved one who's been misusing this medication I'd probably suggest some sort of supportive intervention to encourage them to take it as prescribed. But depending on how deep they are into their level of abuse, it may take a lot of patience; at which point, maybe their doctor could begin to...

Can Hyomax be used as an occasional prn or does it need to be taken regularly? Is there a advantage (other than speed) to dissolving it under the tongue rather than swallowing whole? ## Information that I've gathered on this topic is listed below, I believe it addresses both of your questions pretty well: "The intake of this drug should be through oral means. The medicine needs to be taken by mouth, generally after every 12 hours or as directed by the physician. The dosage of these drugs should be based on the medical condition of patients and their response to therapy. It is not advisable to increase the dosage or take it more than required without consulting physicians. Individuals who are over 12 years in age should not have more than 1.5 milligrams in a single day." "...

I started taking cymbalta about 1 month ago at first I had frequent and painful urininating. Now I have a yellow tongue. I am feeling pretty good. Just wondering if anyone else has a yellow tongue. ## No, that's not a listed side effect of Cymbalta. However, it can cause dry mouth, which means that the yellow tongue may be caused by food or beverage bacteria remaining on your tongue, or you may have developed an oral yeast infection. Tannish Round Pill, W/o Any Imprint No Marking, About 1/4 In Thick When I checked on a pill checker site, all I found was 'Chromium Oral' tablet. Any one have an idea? thanks ## The reason you're having trouble finding anything is due to the fact that there are no markings on the tablet, that makes it a bit difficult to positively identify. It can be ruled out as being a prescription medication, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. That means it is most likely an over the counter product and that does leave it open to quite a few possibilities. Learn more OTC drug details here. Where was it found? That may help to narrow it down.
