I have found a pill in my grandmother's house. It's a small, oblong, very light blue, (actually almost white) tablet with the letters FL imprinted on one side, and the number 10 on the opposite side. It's a small, light blue, oblong pill with an M on one side, and a line down the middle of the other side with L on one half, and an M on the other. I have no idea what it's supposed to be used for. ## I believe I located your pill, Click here to see a picture of the pill. The pill is very small, elliptical/oblong shape and is a baby blue color. Its a very light blue. The only markings it has is SL on it. I found it in my boyfriends house and I'm just hoping it's not a med for an STI or anything weird like that! I know he has problems sleeping and has told me he's tried sleeping pills, but after looking at some of those on this website, that pill description doesn't match anything sleep-disorder related. Found a light blue oblong pill with 'AZ 267' on one side and absolutly no other markings on it at all. I have been looking for it all over the internet but no one seems to know what it is. ## I am not absolutely certain, but I did find a possible ID, it is listed as being a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM, containing Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine, which could also explain why it is hard to find, over the counter imprints aren't regulated like those of prescription drugs. I found some suspicious pills in my boyfriend's bag. He is a recovering opioid addict, so this has me alarmed. He does take a ton of supplements & vitamins. These were hidden in a black jewelry bag in a backpack… No markings on these pills. Anyone know what they could be? ## If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being any type of prescription medication. As noted here the FDA requires them all to have unique imprints to help enable their identification in case of emergency. The imprint must enable them to be identified according to medication, dosage, and manufacturer. If there are no markings, it is most likely something that is available over the counter, such as a supplement, unless he has access to foreign medications. Is there anything else I can help with?
