Carvedilol is prescribed by US doctors, but I would like to know if there's an Indian medicine equal to this US version? ## From what I could gather, there's an Indian brand of Carvedilol that goes by the name "Caditone". This medication is reportedly manufactured by a company called Kopran ltd. based out of Mumbai, India. There is also a brand called Carviflo made by Ajanta, out of India. If what you have received is actually Loparet, and there is no way for us to confirm this, it contains Loperamide, the same ingredient sold over the counter in the U.S. under the brand name Imodium and use to prevent diarrhea. I filled my prescription what was supposed to be oxycodone 30mgs from India. I got my package today and it was 40 (which is the amount I am prescribed), long oval shaped dark green (like a forest green) pill with no markings except for a score on one side.
