i was diagnosed with vitamin b 12 defciency. i got 10 injections in 20 days. then i started using nurokind plus tablets daily for b 12 recovery. i am getting pins and needles sensations in my body. is it due to this tablet or something else? ## Have you had blood work done to recheck your B12 level? I have been a patient of hypertension for last 16 yrs. It remained within normal range with regular medication. During May-June'11 the BP was higher despite medication. On July 1, I felt trouble in speech. My doctors suspected a mild stroke but there was no sign in the vocal cord. The tightness of speech was also noticed one day only.
