The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation. I am having low level of calcium in my body as the blood test has revealed. also my cholestrol (lipid profile) is on border line. Doctor has precribed adtrol plus capsules. Iam 22years unmarried girl.2 months before I got my period on 18th of that month. Can memo plus gold cause gastric if i eat 5 capsules a day after food? I ate 2 capsules after lunch and 3 capsules after dinner. ## What type of gastric issue are you experiencing? And why are you taking so many? Even the manufacturer only recommends a maximum of 2 a day for people with serious memory issues and only one a day for most people.
