Thyroxine or Thyronorm 137.50 Mcg tablets are not available in the market in India. Is any other tablet of 137.50 Mcg availabe? In absence of the requiered tablet what is the way to consume the dose of 137.50 using the available tablets of 25,50,100 mcg power? ## Why thyronorm is better than thyroxine tablets? ## My tsh level is 17.2., suffering from mild liver swelling, laziness and a mild headache. These symptoms are from 15 days ago while my thyroid problem has been around for 4 years as I've come to know after multiple tests. Which is the better medicine for me, tyrosine or thyronorm?

On one side it has 51 and on the other side TV. This was in with my blue 137 mcg Levothyroxine... ## This tablet is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 3.125mgs of Carvedilol, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Do you take blood pressure or cardiac medications?

Doc has recommended me Thyr 25 mcg. My TSH has been fluctuating from 26 to 13 to now 5 without medication. I have no symptoms though. I want to know abt possible side effects. What is the difference in the two medicines? I have two prescriptions. One costs nothing for 90 pills; the other one costs $13.37 for 30 pills. Can I take the lower priced medicine? The pill is small, round, and blue. The interconnected triangles look like a pharmaceutical companies logo, but I do not recognize it. Could this be a 137 synthroid type of medication? ## The round blue pill you're describing sounds very similar to Synthroid 137 mcg, but still doesn't seem to quite match the ID of that pill. Abbott Laboratories' round blue pill has the word SYNTHROID on one side and 137 on the other. It also looks like there's a score line on either side of the 137 that aren't connecting. Hi, I had been diagnosed with Thyroid (Hypo) and my TSH was 100+ in the month of May'2013. At that time, my BP was slightly high (137/91) and weight 66 Kgs. I was prescribed to take Thyroxcin 100mcg. Later in the late July'2013, my TSH was 0.04 and BP was (147/73) and weight 62.9 Kgs. I was advised to continue Thyroxcin 100mcg for another 2 months but at home, my parents insisted me not to take such a high dose when TSH has fallen down to 0.04 and told me to take Thyroxin 50mcg which i am continuing since then.. i have been put on levothroxine 75 mg for a low thyroid after 5 weeks still know weight loss how long before i see a result ## With a slightly low thyroid, I have been on a much lower dose for several months, but have not lost any of the weight I had gained. ## I did lose weight after about a month on the .025 mcg- it came off really slow though and I had to slow down on my calorie intake just brcause the pill made me more hungry. I just went back to eating like I normally did and the weirhgt came off. I went from 137 to 123.

I'm curious about something that's happening with my Fentanyl patch taper. I've spent the past few months reducing my dosage by leaving some of the backing on and decreasing in increments. I've gone from 75 mcgs to 25, however I just could not increase the time between patches. Anywhere from 23-36 hours I would have panic attacks, bowel disorders, pupil enlargement, severe pain, heavy painful legs, etc. I decided I wouldn't try to drop below 25 until I could get to where I could get back to the 72 hour change. Finally, after four months I made it to 75 hrs and then only changed it because it was bedtime and I didn't want to wake up in the misery of withdrawal. I have UTi problems for the last 45 years. [ was operated for pin hole meatus in 1971 and again in 1980. Underwent cystoscopy operation in 1992,1997 and 2011 I am .doing self dilatation with K-90 catheter for last 21 years regularly at 1/2 month interval.after last cystoscopy in 11/2011 I am doing it every week .
