Anyone know what these are for? Maker: Zenlabs Package says: Tramadol & Paracetamol Tablets Tramadol Hcl BP 50mg. Paracetamol IP 500mg. Excipients q.s. ## Tramadol HCL is a prescription muscle relaxer. I don't know about paracetamol. 50mg is a medium sized dose for the tramadol, not enough to abuse. ## Paracetamol is another name for Acetaminophen. This combination of ingredients is used to treat moderate to severe pain, and can go by the name Ultracet. Use caution because this medication is known to be very potent and habit forming. What is most recommended to replace super malic--since I see it has been discontinued. I used it around 2000 and it really helped, while other brands did not. ## This was just a supplement that contained 200mgs of Malic Acid and 50mgs of Magnesium, these supplements are available in many products, as combinations or separately, so it is just a matter of finding something with those amounts. Took one Losartan 50mg this morning at 9 am. Forgot about it and took another one at 7pm. Should I worry? ## How are you feeling now? Make sure you don't have any of the symptoms listed below. At least it was 10 hours between doses instead of taking both at the same time. Here's an excerpt from Medline Plus: Losartan may cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away: - leg, knee, or back pain - muscle cramps or weakness - diarrhea - heartburn - decreased sensitivity to touch Some side effects can be serious. I've been taking Losaar plus 50mg/12.5mg and now I'm sitting with foot problems and swelling of the ankle. Is this a known side effect? ## The swelling, aka edema, can be a side effect, as reported by the NIH. You may also experience nausea, increased urination, headache, and hypotension. As to the foot problems can you be more specific about them? You comment about them is very vague, so it is hard to say. Are you on any other medications?

Hey, I am having a horrible bout of tonsillitis with bad ear and throat pain. My doctor initially prescribed amoxicillin 3 days ago but pain still persisted, I went back today and got 50mg prednisone daily for 5 days plus a 10 day course of cephalexin. Is 50mg too much over a 5 day period. With previous bouts I was prescribed 10 mg twice daily for 2-4 days with no side effects. I took my first dose after filling the prescription at around 2 PM and am feeling mild discomfort in my muscles and can't seem to sleep. Is this dose to heavy? The pain in ear and throat have subsided which is great but worried about prednisone side effects. Thoughts? ## Hi Kelly, Based on my research, some of the side effects of this medication include: insomnia, sever joint pain, leg pain/cramping, and more...

Allergic to formadehyde & derivatives, plus neomyacin. I am taking Losartan Pot 50 mg have broken out and have diarrea problems. Can you research & see if this contains either of my allergy problems. Also, do they contain sulphur? ## Losartan is the active ingredient, so no it doesn't contain Neomycin, but it is a generic, so I can't give you an answer on the others, without knowing what company manufactured the medication you have. Learn more Losartan details here. Can you please post back with more details?

I have been taking metoprolol tartrate 50mg for 10 plus years. Recently I have been experiencing cold feet, especially when I lay down. My heart doctor checked my blood flow to my feet and said it was normal. He then suggested the culprit could be the metoprolol tartrate 50 mg that I was taking once daily. Can you recommend a substitute to eliminate this problem? ## Hi Al, Sorry to hear about you getting "cold feet" - no pun intended though Lol. Well I looked into the side effect profile of Metoprolol and found that NIH.gov actually lists "experiencing a paleness or cold feeling in the fingers/toes" as a less common symptom associated with this medication. I recently was switched from 15mg IR to 7.5m gIR, I also take one 15mg CR every 12 hours. I neglegted to ask how much of a difference the 7. would be as opposed to the 15mg IR. I have fibromyalgia, costrocondritus, neck and back anomlies, fractured S1/T2 and the sacrum is cracked. The discs in between; one bulging, one flat and leaking into the siatic nerve. I also have panic disorder (take 5mg Diazepam 3x per bid). Robaxin, 150mg 4x daily, Zoloft 50mg per day. Ompemrazole/ranitidine 1, 2x per day. I was told that Norvasc can cause extra growth of gum tissue, is that so? ## I noticed swelling in my gum. The doctor reduced the dosage from 5mg-2.50mg and my gum was ok afterwards ## Yes, Norvasc has been reported to cause overgrowth of gum tissue (gingival hyperplasia) as a side effect, but it is very rare, occurring in less than 0.01% of those that take it. More common side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, hypotension, and bleeding gums. Ref: Medline Plus Amlodipine/Norvasc Is there anything else I can help with?

just what to know my kid had some,so i want to be sure if thats what he had thanks. ## Tramadol is actually a generic for Ultram, so there are quite a few on the market, all made by different manufacturers. This means they all have different markings, depending on the manufacturer and dosage, so there is no way I could list them all here. If you can post back with more details, such as the markings on the pills he has, I will gladly check it for you. Multiple knee surgeries; bone spur on L heel secondary to limping on right leg for years; spondylolysthesis in back. Prescribed 1-2 Percocet(s) per night (5-325) to help sleep and Tramadol (50mgs, up to 4Xday). If my first 2 Trams haven't touched my pain (fell 2 days ago), would taking the remaining 2, plus the Percocets, have any kind of additive analgesic effect? Or would the stronger Perc render the Tram unnoticeable? Should mention I'm a pill horse: since childhood, I've had to take higher doses to get effects, w/ any drugs. I'm 5'11" and 185. ## Hello, Tristan! How are you? No, you shouldn't take more than prescribed, per dose, or you may overdose. I used to have medical aid and was prescribed Co-Diovan 80 plus Twynsta 40mg. But then I got retrenched and had to receive other medication since the State does not keep these kind of medication. The State gives medication free of charge. I was prescribed a list of medication back since none were effective - my BP remained high. Most recently I got Atenolol 50mg plus Perindopril 4 plus Adco-Retic 2.5mg for water retention. My blood pressure remained non-consistent so I decided to rather go back to the Co-Diovan/Twynsta combination again. I must say that these medications are really expensive but since it is my health, I purchased them out of my own pocket. I have been using the Co-Diovan combination for the past 3 days but have noticed that my blood pressure ranges between 167/93 to 149...

no this pill is a stool softener, i own them so believe me i know. ## Thanks for sharing your finding.
