My adult daughter is in pain management. She takes her medicine as prescribed usually with a few left over as she has a few extra for really bad days. She recently tested negative for her own meds 2 months in a row. She had complained sometimes they weren't helping, around the same time her dad moved back. I strongly believe he was switching at least some of her pills out. I asked about markings and she said they didn't look like they were the same color and size. She didn't think to look after the original check and count with pick up. She is in danger of loosing treatment because not taking your meds is violation of contract. Look at the markings on the tablets and post back with that information. That is what would enable them to be checked to see what they contain or if someone switched them out. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. There are a couple of untrustworthy people that my wife hangs around with who are constantly stealing my percocet 10/325. I am seraching for a decoy that will be useless to them the next time they steal them. I can't find anything from a u.s. pharmacy that will do the trick. Are there any foreign pharmacies or over the counter products who make what i need? ## @Jim, It sounds like your best bet would probably be to get a hidden video camera/recorder set up so you can see and hear exactly who's taking your medicine. Stealing a prescription is a federal offense, so showing evidence to the police should enable them to put a warrant out for this person's arrest. Last night my friend was given a tablet that looked extremely similar to a yellow 5mg valium tablet but because it was so alike my friend took it without examining any markings to verify it was a 5mg valium and being used to valium, just taking the 1 would not have had much effect at all, but my friend didn't realize it was making her very drowsy and she couldn't fight the effects and it put her to sleep deeply. It must of had a sedative in it and my proof that it was given to my friend for the sole reason to put my friend asleep is because now the next morning (today) she has £80 pounds missing from her purse. So my question is what kind of tablet looks very much like a diazepam and could have that kind of effect?

I have in my hand two narco tablets which both look alike in size and shape one is a 7.5 mg and the other a 10 mg both are white and made by Watson the only way to tell the difference is the 7.5 mg has imprinted on it Watson 3203 and the 10 mg has Watson 853. My question is why in the hell would a pharmaceutical company make these pills look so much alike are they not afraid of mixups? Originally from Mexico ....the pills got combined and look so much alike I need help to identify them. Both are small, white, scored on one side with a labyrinth type design that resembles a "P" on other side. Any help will be appreciated!

is dexmethylph the same as dexmethylphenidate hcl? The pills in each bottle look alike both have a "D" on one side of the pill and a 10 on the other side. Labels are showing different names. low pulse, irregular heart beat ## I take both Lisinopril (10 mg daily) and Metoprolol (50 mg daily. 1/2 AM & 1/2 PM) These pills look a lot alike and it is possible to get them mixed up if not cautious. I did this about three times in a row last week. OOPS. But I'm still here and don't feel any side effects. I will be more careful in the future. The pills are kinda faded like they got wet or rubbed up against something but I'm trying to figure out what it is bc someone took it by mistake bc it looks a lot alike their other medication. One one side of the pill I can't tell if it has any marking but it doesn't look like it and on the other side there's a score down the middle and center so it creates a cross with four pizza type shapes with the numbers (if they're the right ones bc he pills r worn) 0 in the first top left spot (or o), 2 in the top right space, another 2 in the bottom left space under the 0 and a 1 (or possibly 7) in the bottom righ spot u see the 2????? If u can pls lmk what kind of pill this is its be greatly appreciated bc as I said someone took it by mistake!!!

Is it normal for the size and shape of a generic drug to vary from store to store? ## These types of pills can be different shapes, colors, and sizes. Even though they are the same mg...for example...a 30mg amphetamine salt combo can come in pink or orange...both act the same and have the same ingredients...even though they look nothing alike. The reason being that they are made from 2 different manufacturers. ## Is D-Amphetamine another name for Adderall? Or is it another version [generic?] of it? I mean what's the difference? What should I do? I took 2 metoprolol 50mg but my dose is 1. My other meds are white and looked alike. ## It is always best to check with your doctor to be sure. I had thyroid cancer and had a TT in 2017. I've been on Levothyroxine 150mcg for almost a year. The pills have always been light blue colored and round with a stamp of jsp on one side and 520 on the other side of them. I recently switched pharmacy and just opened them to discover the label says Levothyroxin 150 mcg tab Santos. They are blue, oval and say 150 on one side and GG 338 on the other. They look NOTHING alike and are not called the same. There was plenty of room on label, so its not that there wasn't room for the 'e' at the end. Am I taking the same stuff? It's been hell getting my levels right and I have nodules growing again and monitoring my antibodies for the cancer. I cannot afford to be on a lesser effective drug. Are these the same? Hey guys, the IP 109 / 500 is naproxen. But if you have an oblong pill with IP 109 and a line on the back I think it's Vicodin 5mg. Personally I think they look way too much alike.
