I have one like that and it is a 7.5 milligram meloxicam which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory an analgesic works very well for joint pain and fever reducer but only take one a day. It does take a little time it has to build up in the blood system and you have to be very consistent taking it at the same time each day. ## Meloxicam works best if taken regularly and around the same time each day, but it will still have some effect, even if taken occasionally. I have been taking hydrocodone-APAP 10 / 325 as a generic for NORCO 10 325 for chronic pain, but recently my pharmacy changed the generic medication from a white tablet simply marked 'M367' on one side to a yellow tablet marked with a semi cursive 'V' on one side, and the number '36/01' on the other.
