If you flip the pill, is it possible that it's actually a 15, rather than 87? I think what you've found is a tablet manufactured by Boehringer Ingelheim that they list as being a 15mg Mobic tablet. The active ingredient is Meloxicam and the FDA classifies it as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. I have one like that and it is a 7.5 milligram meloxicam which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory an analgesic works very well for joint pain and fever reducer but only take one a day. It does take a little time it has to build up in the blood system and you have to be very consistent taking it at the same time each day. ## Meloxicam works best if taken regularly and around the same time each day, but it will still have some effect, even if taken occasionally. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Is there anything I can help with?

I ordered 50mg Tramadol capsules from a website. The shipment came from Australia. They came in a white box with APOTEX on the outside. APO Tramadol 50mg was written on the outside. Inside were blister packs with unmarked green and yellow capsules. I have taken several and have had no pain relief. Just felt a little dizzy. Are these the real deal? ## Hello, Dawn! How are you? I'm sorry, but since they have no markings, I can't really say whether or not they are real. However, what I can tell you is that Apotex uses imprints on all of their medications, so I doubt that you actually received what you ordered. That is a hazard of ordering online like that, you just never know for sure what you might receive. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming ...

I have been taking hydrocodone-APAP 10 / 325 as a generic for NORCO 10 325 for chronic pain, but recently my pharmacy changed the generic medication from a white tablet simply marked 'M367' on one side to a yellow tablet marked with a semi cursive 'V' on one side, and the number '36/01' on the other. The yellow tablets do not seem to work as well; as if maybe they are "slow", or "time released". Is this true? Is there a difference in these medications and how they work, or are released into my system? ## Hello, Caesar! How are you? No, these are both regular release tablets. However, under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, generics can have fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient, so this one may be a little lower in dosage than the other ...

If it's yellow, it fits the description of a 15mg Mobic (Meloxicam) tablet, commonly used for pain and inflammation caused by arthritis. The correct marking is "M" on one side and "15" on the other. However the "M" can look like a W depending on which way you hold it. I would say it's a pretty bold font face as well. For added verification, the manufacturer is listed as Boehringer Ingelheim, and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 0597-0030. Lastly, the pill measures approximately 11.00...
