Less Bleeding

Hi im chel Im taking dianne 35 after i finished taking it i had mens after 4 days but my mens is very light that i couldnt even fill a panty liner, since it say take a pill on the 1st day of the mens...i thought it was just because of the pills... i took 3 consecutive days and since my mens stop the next day of the 1st time i also stop the pills after 3 days and wishing i bleed again but since it didnt happen i take again after 7 days.... i finished the 2nd pack and my mens still the the same much less bleeding i can even fill a panty liner... i didnt take the pill on the day of my mens thinking that i would bleed more i waited for 3 days and nothing happened it was same as the last month... is this a side effect coz i read all the message and they all bleed and im not?! Have been on xarelto 20mg for over 6 years after 3 unexplained PE's. at 72, the bruising is increasing and asked my Doc for advice. He switched me to Xarelto 10mg. Any experience with 10mg? I have history of irregular periods, 2 month gap usually, this tune it's gap of 3 month so we did consultation with Gynaecologist and UPT was negative on 3 occasion, on USG i had simple cyst of 54cc in right ovary, my doctor adviced me tab. I started my first Lo Loestrin Fe pack last week due to long period of bleeding, it lasted about a month but not too heavy. When I had my first pill, the period did not lessen, so i had two pills a day and it finally lessened to a little spot everyday. I am bleeding 9-10 days before period starts. The bleeding is brown, sometimes brown dry spotting or is brown and wet. It is light to medium bleeding. Enough to use a pantyliner. After completion of that course i got my periods within 7 days at the right date, but now I am getting very low bleeding those 3 days compared to prior months. Is it due to usage of this tablet? So this is my first month taking Mono-linyah. I usually take Previfem but they didn't have it. Well the pharmacy had the Mono-linyah ready a day later than they were supposed to so when I got the pack (on a Tuesday instead of a Monday). I took the missed pill asap (I took it less than 1 day late) and then the pill that was supposed to be taken that day and have been taken them regularly since. In the 80s I lacerated my liver resulting in heavy internal bleeding. I was given a blood transfusion and contracted HEP C and HIV. I got a Rocephin shot and a steroid shot yesterday, the nurse gave both in the same hip less than an inch apart. I immediately began bleeding out all over her hand my pants and the floor. Hi, all- So the general rule of thumb I've always known is the lower the dose, the higher the chance of spotting/breakthrough bleeding. However, my doctor advised me that LO loestrin might actually lessen the change of intermenstrual bleeding because at a certain point, the dose gets so low that the lining of the uterus doesn't build up sufficiently for any bleeding to occur at all.
