My dr has me on 2 Xanax (.5 mg) pluse 80 mg of oxicodone 80 mg divided 4 Xdaily. I ran out and have Xanax and tramadol...is this dangerous? ## Hello, Sharon! How are you? Hey I live in broward county south fl. City of Davie to be precuse. I currently have a Dr who prescribes me subutex and am on a xanax "wean" which is not working.. I have had 3 epidurals, have 3 degenerating discs, have run 55 marathons, completed 5 Ironman Races. I don't smoke or drink and lead a healthy lifestyle. I won't take narcotics. Supposed to be Buspirone, Generic for Buspar? ## Based on the description provided, I can confirm your pill to be Buspirone hydrochloride (15 mg). Buspirone is the generic name of the drug. I have fibromyalgia, endo, pelvic floor dysfunction, cysts forming around my spine, 36 fibroids removed, a hystorectomy but still have my ovaries. The fibro is in my lungs and also the endo. I have been on every narcotic out there from the lowest to 100 mg Morphine four times a day, in combination with OxyContin and Oxycodone, Norco, Percocet, and the 2mg Xanax four times a day with it. I got put on Exalgo 32 twice a day with Norco, Lyrica, and some other drugs and it was not taking care of the pain good enough. To make this short, I would put my Exalgo under my tongue to soften it up and split the pill with a pill splitter, you'll see grey and white.
