I’m SUPER conserned because my pharmacy has switched from the yellow Qualitest Norco to 2 different brands I must choose from: Tris Pharma & Lupin Pharma. They are 10/325 Norco. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, fibromyalgia, back surgeries in past and I’m told in future. I can’t stand the idea of being in pain all month. Any advise on which brand to get? I have been given the white Watson brand and the other white ones that say M367 (I think it’s a 7 at the end) they were 10/325 non the less. The Watson brand was ok but the M367 was like taking nothing sometimes. Please help me decide. Those are the only brands I can find. I am so afraid I’ll be in pain all month like I was with the M367 and Watson brands. ## The only way to really find out is by trying one...

Don't ever get that ActaVas brand Norco 10 325 white tabs they do not work I had half yellow half white last prescription big difference with the yellow ones no doubt I did my own experiment The yellow has a V on them I'm not sure what brand they are but they work much better then the Actavis ## Hi- yeah I've been taking the generic ones ( Hydrocodone), and they seem to wear off within 3 hrs. I've been searching on Google for answers and was wondering if you or anyone else knows if they contain sulfites. I get allergic reactions to sulfites and I know these could have them in the inactive ingredients. Thx. ## @Dash, The yellow one's with a V 36 01 are made by Qualitest (formerly Vintage Pharmaceuticals). From what I've heard, these yellow ones are thought to be o...

I got these from the va this month instead of the ones I hated..( the ones marked M367)...they look the same as the yellow hydro by qualitest...except they're white & the numbers are different... I would like to know everyone's opinion of this medicine..? After taking the m367s...these are great... To me... ## They are manufactured by Sun Pharmaceuticals and they list them as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, headache, constipation, dry mouth, and dizziness. I am very glad that they are working for you. Has anyone else had a good experience with these tablets? ## I too have just gotten these from the VA Pharmacy in Orlando. They are terrible....

I take Qualitest 10/500 pink hydrocodone. My pharmacy has told me that Qualitest will no longer be making this. I have tried other 10/500 pills to no avail. Qualitest is the only manufacturer that works on my pain . Does Qualitest offer another size ? ## Hello, Ted! How are you doing? Actually, after the first of the year (2014), none of the manufacturers will be making this dosage, anymore. Due to the risks of liver damage or failure that can occur with long-term use of high amounts of Acetaminophen, as well as the overdose fatalities that have occurred with these medications, the FDA has requested that all combination prescription products be lowered to contain no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen, per dose. Is this pill 5 mg or 10mg? And what does the 3604 stand for? ## Hello, Doc! How are you? The white, oblong tablet with the red specks that has the marking 3604 V on it contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. And according to law, all manufactured prescription tablets must have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of an emergency, so any given pill can be traced by to a specific manufacturer. That's what the 3604 V is, it's just the code that Vintage/Qualitest has chosen to use on this pill to identify it as their product. Is there anything else I can help with?

which helps more watson hydrocodone acetaminophen 5 325 compared to qualtest hydrocodone acetaminophen 5 325??? ## To me the Watson is so much better the other I believe is a generic as they come I may be wrong but many other people agree with me! ## Watson! Qualitest was okay but Watso was always best for me.. Dr Reddy gave me bad effects, I won't touch that brand. ## Something to take into considering when making these kinds of comparisons is that each individual is prone to respond differently (due to many potential factors... such as body chemistry, age, weight, tolerance, metabolism, to name a few). So even if we had 1000 reviews in favor of Watson to go off of, this still only accounts a small percentage of patients out of millions perhaps who may or may not necessarily feel t...

I found this pill in my 18 year old nieces pocket when i went to wash clothes and i've tried looking it up and cant find it anywhere. Please help. ## This tablet was manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as having contained 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. The reason you couldn't find it listed anywhere is due to the fact that is has been discontinued due to the amount of Acetaminophen that was in it. The FDA no longer allows combination prescription medications to contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose, so this hasn't been manufactured for several years, now. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation....

I usually get the yellow V 36 01 when I fill my 10mg Norco. This time they gave me white V 36 09. ## Hi debra, The V 36 09 white pill is a new version made by Qualitest that only recently came out on the market; which is why information seems scarce at the moment. However other patients here have also confirmed this in the following discussion thread: Discuss/hydrocodone-yellowwith-v-on-one-and-3609-on-the-other-what-dose-208024.htm It reportedly contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone + 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Though I'm not sure if it's brand name Norco or generic. You could try contacting the manufacturer for more specific details if need be. I hope this helps! ## it is generic norco . made my hand swell, and I was very irritable . Horrible feeling

Rx by the V.A. shaeo ## The pill which you are describing is indeed a generic Vicodin tablet, containing Acetaminophen (325 mg) + Hydrocodone bitartrate (10 mg). ## Hello, Shari! This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, the marking is 2683 V and they list it as containing 5mgs of Diazepam, which is a generic for Valium, so it is in the same drug class as Xanax. I have 2 pills that I want to take at the same time. One is the v3601 and the other is v2355. Is it harmful to mix the two? ## Hello, Shalynda! How are you? You shouldn't take both, unless your doctor has instructed you to do so. These are both made by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list the one with the 3601 marking as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The one with the 2355 on it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine. Thus, you could end up taking too much Acetaminophen, which risks fatal overdose toxicity, plus the Hydrocodone and Caffeine counteract each other, since the first is essentially a downer and the other a stimulant, so it could be a dangerous mix. The FSA warns that Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen carr...

I take hydrocodone 10-.325 I take yellow color with a v on one side,is yellow good strength or is there stronger colors? ## The strength is determined by the amount of active ingredients not the color of the tablet ## @crossfire, BL is right in a sense, however one thing to note is that some manufacturers do color coordinate specific tablets according to their dosage. For example, Qualitest's 7.5/325 Hydrocodone + Acetaminophen tablet marked with V 36 05 is orange in color, while the yellow 10/325 tablets made by Qualitest with V 36 01 are yellow in color. Furthermore, Qualitest's 5/325 Hydrocodone + Acetaminophen tablets with V 3604 are white. Nevertheless, 10/325 is maximum dosage that you'll find in any Hydrocodone + Acetaminophen combination tablet. So all other tablets ...

personally i think, the DEA, is cracking down, i know the doctors are scared their gonna lose their license, where i live they are getting ridiculous about it! there is an epidemic, which in return is ruining it for us folks who really need the stuff to just even feel a little comfort from excrutiating pain, there is even a brand called "qualitest" for God sakes! not positive, but i believe, food and drug adm., are lowering the strength, to get american's off the drug!!!!! ## From what I've seen, Watson does have a yellow and white version of their "853" generic Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone tablets. They list the dosage as still being 325/10 in the newer white ones, however, there have been numerous complaints from patients who have tried both versions, saying tha...
