Isoflavones are substituted derivatives of isoflavone, a type of naturally occurring isoflavonoids,[1] many of which act as phytoestrogens in mammals.[2] Isoflavones are produced almost exclusively by the members of the bean family, Fabaceae (Leguminosae). I am a healthy woman in my 60's and I am struggling with anxiety. I have found great relief taking small amounts (1 mg / day) of Lorezepam but am concerned about possibilities of addiction. Please advise, all input is good input. Thank you , Shelly ## Unless you are abusing such a medication and taking more than prescribed, you may become dependent upon it, but not usually addicted. I am now a healthy 60 year old woman and I fell and hit my head on the farm 25 years ago. Since then I have suffered from partial complex seizures that occur during sleep (not every night). I am currently taking 3000 mg of divalproex and 1000 of carbamazapine daily however my seizures are still uncontrolled and appear to be happening more often. Now my neurologist wants to place me on Keppra but I'm afraid that as a result, I might have unexpected seizures that are either stronger or that occur during the day; I haven't had a daytime seizure or a grand mal sort of seizure in years and don't want those again. I want to be assured the Keppra won't induce those and I hope you can provide me with your insight. ## Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that it won't....

Does it work & if so what dosage for an adult healthy woman. Thank you. ## Hi Vivian, I honestly think it's worth trying and seeing how it works for you. To get the same benefit from the whole fruit, you'd have to consume 90 pounds of raspberries." I hope this helps!

I am a 68 year old woman with severe osteoporosis. I had a bone scan and tested -4.5. I was on Fosimax for 5 years but had severe thigh pain and had to quit. Just 6 months ago I had my first Prolia shot. I felt okay for the first month or 6 weeks and then had a severe bladder infection. I went to my doctor and he put me on Cipro for a week. It didn't work. Then he put me on another antibiotic for another week and I finally got relief. Neither of us thought of the Prolia shot even though I've always been healthy and never had problems with my bladder. When it finally got better, I got a horrific head cold. Again, something I never get and haven't had one for many years. It was the worse cold I ever had and it laid me up for 2 weeks. As of now, I still have the darn thing alth...
