I found in the generic Bystolic, among other chemicals as inactive ingredients Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and at least one artificial color ?! It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. They are saying that the new opana works as well as the old. There are so many peoples statements that I have read saying the new don't work as well but yet Endo states their research don't prove that. All people who have a real medical problem that causes pain and takes new opana and it doesn' work as well as the old needs to speak up. One person can't change anything. Has anyone noticed that taking generic Paxil is not as effective as the real deal? I'm having a terrible time with recurring anxiety symptoms. ## While patients may experience slight differences between medications, the generic market is highly regulated in both the U.S. and Australia (where I live). The drug concentration is the same within the tablet, it will have the same absorption profile, same extent of absorption. Therefore in all likelyhood it should work exactly the same (within acceptable limits) as the original brand. The only changes present could be due to the inactive ingredients within the formulation which a patient may be sensitive or intolerant to. While this does not affect the effectiveness of the medication it may introduce side-effects.

Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug widely recognized for treating inflammation, pain, and fever; but happens to have other a few other off-label uses as well for conditions such as actinic keratoses and migraines. As to whether or not they are safe, there is no way to know for sure since foreign drugs are not regulated like those in the U.S. Ordering them from a foreign country when they are not approved for sale here is illegal and you run the risk of them being seized by customs and having yourself fined. Ever since the generic Didrex (Benzphetamine) has been out, my insurance company won't cover the actual Didrex, but only the generic. I dont know who manufactures them, but they dont work, and if you dont get to swallow with enough water or liquid, they taste like crap. Main thing is they are just what they say; "generic". Only the actual Didrex pills work in aiding weight loss and appetite control, and both requires a doctor's prescription. ## Have you tried asking your doctor to write your prescription as 'brand medically necessary', or whatever the equivalent is in your state? I went to a new Pharmacy today to get my monthly Kadian 50mg filled. They said they had the generic and would I like that (Morphine SULFATE ER 50mg). I said sure, but when I looked at the pills, they were exactly the same color, shape, and markings as the name brand Kadian. Does anybody know what the new generic is actually suppose to look like? Recently found out that Generic Librax is available at Sam's Club and the price for 60 pills, was approx $93.00. Cheapest place I have found. ## not bad...
