I found in the generic Bystolic, among other chemicals as inactive ingredients Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and at least one artificial color ?! Both of this chemical are well known cncerogen, any explanation for that ?! As soon as possible I’ll replace it. ## Hello, Snoopy! How are you? While some of the inactive ingredients may be known to be carcinogens, if you read the research studies, that's usually if someone is ingesting very high amounts for a long period of time. However, the amounts in a pill are minuscule and in those amounts, the FDA considers them to be generally safe for long-term use. This is frequently misunderstood, even when it comes to something such as dogs eating chocolate. A little nibble won't result in a death sentence, they'd have to eat a lot, in mo...

I would liketo know if lovastatin is the generic brand for zetia ## i would like to know if this is a gereric brand for zetia . i find that the zetia is too expensive for me i do not have adequate coverage. and how would i go about ordering this druf=g for myself?? i do have a prescription at this time and am paying $28.00 for a 30 day supply. ## No. Lovastatin is the generic name for the statin Mevacor, not Zetia (which is not a statin at all). Which you'd have found out if you typed "lovastatin" into Google or Yahoo search. Der. ## And while I'm here, Zetia is too new to have a generic version, and stop complaining that it costs $28 a month. It costs me over $125 a month, and even under my prescription plan it would be at least $35 a month. You're very lucky. ## I&...

They are saying that the new opana works as well as the old. There are so many peoples statements that I have read saying the new don't work as well but yet Endo states their research don't prove that. All people who have a real medical problem that causes pain and takes new opana and it doesn' work as well as the old needs to speak up. One person can't change anything. People who are being treated awful by medical doctors and pain clinics because they have pain also need to speak up. ## I am very sorry that people are suffering due to the medication changes. The new formulation does work well for many people, but there are always those will have problems and will need to switch to something else. Learn more Opana details here. Has anyone noticed that taking generic Paxil is not as effective as the real deal? I'm having a terrible time with recurring anxiety symptoms. ## While patients may experience slight differences between medications, the generic market is highly regulated in both the U.S. and Australia (where I live). The drug concentration is the same within the tablet, it will have the same absorption profile, same extent of absorption. Therefore in all likelyhood it should work exactly the same (within acceptable limits) as the original brand. The only changes present could be due to the inactive ingredients within the formulation which a patient may be sensitive or intolerant to. While this does not affect the effectiveness of the medication it may introduce side-effects.

Are the orange generic Ambien pills from India safe? ## I've done fine on them. Name is ZORA, is that what you have? ## LocoEddie your spamming is not permitted. Please refrain. As to whether or not they are safe, there is no way to know for sure since foreign drugs are not regulated like those in the U.S. Ordering them from a foreign country when they are not approved for sale here is illegal and you run the risk of them being seized by customs and having yourself fined. Especially if you do not have a prescription. ## I have just got a script for zora and was worried it would not be the same as my normal pills but they work fine

Ever since the generic Didrex (Benzphetamine) has been out, my insurance company won't cover the actual Didrex, but only the generic. I dont know who manufactures them, but they dont work, and if you dont get to swallow with enough water or liquid, they taste like crap. Main thing is they are just what they say; "generic". Only the actual Didrex pills work in aiding weight loss and appetite control, and both requires a doctor's prescription. ## Have you tried asking your doctor to write your prescription as 'brand medically necessary', or whatever the equivalent is in your state? Then, your insurance has to cover it and the pharmacy is not allowed to give you a generic. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and it may cause si...

Why would a drug company make a generic to look exactly like the name brand? How would the Pharmacists tell them apart? ## What are the markings on the tablets? Recently found out that Generic Librax is available at Sam's Club and the price for 60 pills, was approx $93.00. Cheapest place I have found. ## not bad... But somewhere there's better :) ## Prices are always subject to change and could certainly be more or less somewhere else on the planet. At least you found an affordable rate to continue getting your meds. Places like Sam's Club and Costco are great for that if you're already a member. Some of the other prices I've seen people pay for the same thing are quite astronomical compared to what you payed. $109, $139.00, and even as much as $364.30 are some of the numbers that come up for 60 tablets of the brand name.
