Galvus Met 50 850 Mg

My mom is suffering with blood sugar since 2 year she is taking aurvedic medicine but nothing happen. Today I checked the result FBS=153 and pp=293. One my friend suggested me to take Galvusment 50/850mg & Reclide 80 mg. Without any consultant of doctors may i use this medicine for my mom. Please reply ## Hi guys. First of all galvus met os not a reducing pill. This is a medication only used by people who have high blood sugar. Normal people who accidentally took this medication will suffer sebere hypotension and worse scenario can bring you into coma. Diana

hi am 33 year male i was diagnosed to have diabetes 1 year back and i was started on insulin and changed to galvus met 50/850 mg recently and am not obese and am keep loosing weight can you please suggest whether this is right drug for me and how to moitor these side effects ## Hello, Benty! And how much fluid do you drink each day? Sir I am diabetic patient level II and the decease was discovered in my body in 1991. Lately I was advised by my Doctor Galvus Met 50/1000 1 + 1, with diamicron MR 60 one and half tablet before breakfast as well as one 10point insuline dose at 10 am daily. With above medication although i had good control and my hbA1c checked last week was 7.1, but I was experiencing low sugar level often in late afternoon ( twice or thrice weakly) whenever I had much fatique of running arround. Now I have replaced my morning dose with Metformin 850 instead of Galvus met 50/1000. since then I not have low sugar problem any more, but my randum sugar comes 200 plus some times. Pl advise if this combination of medication is ok or shuld i go back to Galvusmet 50/1000 1 +1. Thanks a lot for your consideration.

i am a diabetic since last 2 years. regularly visiting doctor in 2 months interval. first doctor prescribed galvus met 500 mg, then 850mg continued for 2 months each. now galvus met 50/1000mg with telista 20 prescirbed. any positive result will come ## What is the benefit of taking this drug along with Istamet and Gluconorm G2 ## Telista contains the active ingredient Telmisartan, it is an ARB that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, but it is often given to diabetics, because it has an added bonus of being able to help protect the kidneys from damage. My son has been prescribed 1 Neuro-special capsule everyday. Does it have any side effects? He has been taking it for the past 6 months. I would be grateful if you could clarify this. Thank you. ## I am diabetic since 1998. My age is 68 years. Height 5 f, 10 inches. At present I take Glypride 2 mg BD. Galvus Met (50+850) before break fast, Roimet 500 mg OD before dinner, and Winofit OD. The BS levels are 120 Morning and 170 after lunch. The BS level is almost same since last three months. The H1AC is 7.0. My weight has reduced from 75 Kg to 73.Kg and feeling weakness may I take Neuro-special Capsules in place of Winofit . Kindly suggest to maintain the weight.
