i don't know the side effect's of DZONE, but it works for alcoholics persons, my Brother-in-law is a chronic Alcoholics person after i've started to give this tablet he can't even smell the alcohol contents, if his friends make him to drunk compulsory means he can't make a step move at the spot he get shivered and high head-ache and vomiting so now we are very happy... thanks for DIZONE making company OZONE.

There are a number of factors here that may be valid reasoning for waking up with dizzy feeling. Just to name a few possible factors: Dehydration (if your pee is not clear on a regular basis) Abnormal sleeping patterns (or not enough sleep) Stress Dietary habits (plenty of fruits and veggies) Anemia B12 Deficiency Chronic fatigue There are many more possibilities, so I would suggest that you check in with a doctor if all of the above is not an issue. Generally the dietary habits are a contributing factor to other problems, like not sleeping well..etc.

I'm 74 years old. I woke up and felt dizzy one day, so my Dr. prescribed Pulmison 20mg (4 tablets/day for 5 days). After taking it the 1st day I broke out with a red rash on my face and body; my face is lightly swollen. I took the tablets now for 3 days and want to stop.
