Small round pill with the letter D on top with a line through the middle and the number 5 underneath. My mother takes losartan 25 mg, but her last Rx was filled with a white round pill, with a D on one side and 572 on the other side. She said it gives her a severe headache. I found my wife was about to take two of these, but there is no pill in our medical case like these hence no other information.
