can Zopiclonebe used with Diazepaam ## If they are used together, you do have to proceed with caution, because both of these medications can cause depression of the central nervous system. Learn more Zopiclone details here. Learn more Diazepam details here. Thus, if the person is sensitive to the effects of medications, or takes too high of a dose, they could end up with shallow breathing, feeling very drowsy and sedated. If it goes to far, there is a chance that such effects could result in respiratory or cardiac failure that might be fatal. So, if you're going to take both, make sure the dosage has been carefully calibrated by a doctor and that you know to watch for any of the danger signs that I listed. Are there any other questions or comments?

Does anyone know where I can get the Sandoz brand of fentanyl patches in the Monroeville Pittsburgh PA area? Currently taking 75mcg ## Hi Joseph, Unfortunately there is no real way of knowing which pharmacies have what brand in stock at any given moment. Especially since products come and go off the shelf all-day and most pharmacies only order what they can get at the cheapest price from manufacturers as it is. At least that's what I've been told anyways. But it certainly does have an effect on what brand you're getting. I would just try to go around to few local pharmacies in your immediate area to see what they're able to do for you. Sometimes with the mom and pop pharmacies you can get pretty lucky with who you speak with and they'll be more than happy to special ...

found out a couple of years ago my hormones were out of whack - testosterone running high, estrogen low. doc put me on yaz, which has been a godsend (other bcps made me retain water, made my blood pressure shoot up to almost 170, and gave me horrendous mood swings) - my pmdd has cleared up (no more having to take zoloft), my skin and hair are so much more healthy and feminine, and i'm finally able to gain weight where i need it (boobs and butt); before yaz, i had no problem losing weight, but was skinny like a boy. on yaz, i went from a size 5 to a size 11 being a little too snug. due to excessive walking and dieting, i am now down to a size 4/6 as far as my waist is concerned; however, my boobs have NOT decreased from a D cup (meaning medium tops balloon at my waist, small tops are...

I love the physician I am seeing, but he has move his office a now I drive about an hour and a half to see him. my regular pharmacy which is right across the street from where I live is now refusing to fill my prescriptions. Some people drive hours to see reputable specialist, which these days are not easy to find these days, can someone explain to me what the problem is please and thank you? ## Hello, Dianne! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. There is a limit on how much of any controlled substance a pharmacy can order in and stock each month, it's based on the size of the pharmacy and their customer base. It used to be that this limit was rarely enforced, so when they ran out of any certain medication, they could just order more in…however,...

I ended up going to the ER because the whole side of my face was swollen , and I was in excruciating pain. When I sAw the doctor, he prescribed me (Clindamycin) 300 mg for my tooth infection. Everything was going good on the first day. I had no swelling, in my face anymore and the pain was subsiding. When the second day came around my stomach started to hurt and feel weird. I was tired, less active then usual, So I slept most of the day. Third day! All of a sudden when I woke up In the morning, the side of my face was swollen all over again and here I thought. Oh NO! (" Back To Square One Again.") not only was my face a concern because of the swelling , but now I started to see a minor rash forming my face as well . {WHAT A NIGHTMARE!}and then when dinner time comes later in tha...

I know that certain manufacturers make better drugs especially in generics but I don't know how to find which drugstores carry those. in Florida we r treated like we are all drug addicted. so I was wondering if I have to take my prescription to each and every drug store and ask them or if I could call them.hopefully a pharmacist is reading this and knows the rules. Having to make a choice on my Medicare soon so I would like to choose the pharmacy that carries the better generics. Thank you ## Unfortunately, there is no pat answer that anyone can give you, it is entirely up to the pharmacy, and their individual store policies. Some might provide you with this information, some may not. Additionally, which generic they carry at any given time may change, depending on what company is o...

I recently started having acute allergic reactions to the generic fiorcet V 2355 round pill. I have taken this medication for years, and at first had to have the blue name brand/generic, but then found that I could take some of the white generics. Am wondering if the V 2355 inactive ingredients changed lately as I believe this is the one I had previously been taking with no reactions. The reactions I'm having are severe and affect my ability to breathe. How can I find out if the inactive ingredients were changed by this manufacturer? ## It is always possible to develop an allergy to something, because our bodies change with time. There is always the risk of suddenly becoming allergic to something that you have taken safely, or used for years, according to NIH reports. However, I did...

SWIM told me that Modafinil has now been approved by the FDA for Refractory Depression, also called Treatment Resistant Depression, which would then be covered by Medicare Part D. This type of depression has certain things that a person has to have gone through in order to be considered having it. They are multiple combinations of Anti-depressants, or Anti-depressants and Antipsychotics and Mood Stabilizers without any success in helping the depression, which since 1983 Psychiatrists have had me go though without success. The second is the patient has have to have gone through Electro Shock Therapy, which hasn't helped me either. The last one is having, through major surgery, a device called the Vagus Nerve Stimulator implanted somewhere between my left underarm and breast and broug...

There is a sign that a person must wear gloves and masks before entering a patient's room. There is a name for it but I cannot remember it. I think it was an immumity to a certain antibiotic. ## Were you possibly thinking of MRSA? It's usually pronounced like mersa and means the person has infections and complications that are resistant to Methicillin and related antibiotics, which makes it very difficult to treat and makes them easily susceptible to other illnesses. ## Yes, I found out it is Mersa. I am in contact with many in a nursing center and was wondering if it is really contageous and what I should do to keep from geting it other than eschew the whole scene? Should there be definite warnings at the facility? Several years ago, notes advising gloves, gowns, etc were advis...

certain test strips were giveing off incorrect results ## I assume you are referring to Diabetes test strips to check blood sugar levels? The most recent that I can find listed on the FDA recalls page were ones made by Abbott Diabetes care and included the following brands: Precision Xtra®, Precision Xceed Pro®, MediSense® Optium™, Optium™, OptiumEZ and ReliOn® Ultima Blood Glucose Test Strips. They were used in the following devices: Precision Xtra, Precision Xceed Pro,ReliOn Ultima, MediSense Optium, Optium and OptiumEZ. The testing machines are not being recalled, just the strips. Was this the information you were looking for, or was it a different brand?

5513 ## I am not certain what you are asking, could you please clarify? ## Can I take the medication Soma if it expired in 2007? ## I’m wondering the same thing. I found a script that expired in 2007 also. ## Yes you can, they may show signs of aging but should still be good. I did however have some Rantidine/Zantac go bad after storing an emergency night bag in my car in 150 degree Southern California summer weather ## Yes you can. It just loses its potency. ## I have 5-year-old Soma that is just as potent. What they do do is turn hard making them difficult to break in half. And some of mine are also exposed to extreme temperatures

I burp a lot and certain days have no appetite, I feel like there's a bubble on the inside is popping, and I feel weak and my stomach starts to pain, as if I need to go to the loo, but can't, I even have pain in my chest as well on my back, could this be excess gas, I was diagnosed with gastritis, I was on nexiam for 2 weeks but it hasn't helped. Are there certain foods I should not take with carbo-levo? Should I take it with meals? ## From what I've read, the combination of Carbidopa + Levodopa can be administered with food to reduce the likelihood of nausea; however, it should be noted that using multivitamins or minerals together with levodopa may decrease the effects of your medication. Additionally, a high-protein diet may also reduce its absorption and overall efficacy. That said, it might be best to take this medication by itself or in between meals, to help avoid any chance of it not working as effectively as it should. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Carbidopa + Levodopa Details I hope this helps!

Problems with certain generics, took Teva brand for years, worked like a charm, they stopped making it, tried Solco brand and it gave me severe stomach pains, took namebrand and it gave me chest pain and palpitations anyone have similar experience? Wonder if I should try another brand of generic, not feeling well at all ## Hello robin, Both symptoms you described are associated with taking losartin and you should be communicating these symptoms with your doctor as they can be dangerous. Though each brand is required to have the same active ingredients in them the companies do have the ability to change their inactive ingredients which is what most people tend to have a problem with. I would discuss these symptoms with your doctor and then have them determine if you need to be tested for...

To make certain a symptom is not a pesky recalcitrant effect of ANY drug, one could with advice of a expert, go back to baseline as it was to rule out the possiblity od a untoward reaction of a supposedly innocuous drug. Nothing is inert. ALL drugs have the propensity to mimic other drugs. Just because it isn't schedule is not a good reason to think it has no morbidity or mortality. Start from scratch. This is not advise. Consult the proper authority before stopping or starting any medication.
