Looking for pain clinic in Nashville area to go to. Clinic I go to now shut down last month and I got records to back me up, I take oxycodone 30mg 4x and oxymorphone 15mg er 3x...I need to find a clinic by first of month. I found one place but they do something called PPPFD monitoring, which I have no problem with pill counts. And I am cash pay no insurance, fighting disability, just had leg amputated, and will have other limb amputated once disability goes through...please help ## I hope you have found a place. There are quite a few places right in nashville just from a quick google search I found a pain management clinic with quite a few MDs and NP. Pretty sure they use that counting thing.

Hi everyone I currently suffer from severe chronic pain. I have multiple conditions one of them being chronic renal colic. Another being degeneraong lower back I will be moving to Texas next month and need to find a pain management clinic that is compassionate, doesn't treat people like drug seekers when they truly need the help and a doctor who is not super conservative. I need a doctor will to prescribe any narcotic and prescribes what works for me. Cash only "wellness" clinics are ok for the time being. Trying to find a doctor in San Antonio, TX who I can Vicodin and soma from my pain doc the one that workers comp sent me to found pot in my urine & got cut off. With them finding marijuana in the tox analysis, I seriously doubt if you will be able to find Pain Management Dr who will accept you as a new patient. And if you manage to find someone, them prescribing you the same meds as you were taking before is highly doubtful. Pain Management Dr are in great demand. I have a condition where I cannot absorb the electrolyte phosphorous and so I have to take it orally every day to stay alive. I take the prescription supplement kphos, which is potassium phosphate. I just changed insurance and the doctor who had been managing me wrote me a script for a year of kphos. I am looking into changing pain management doctors. I've been on pain management over 8 yrs. My original one stopped doing pain mgmt last year & it took forever to find one to take my case. Now, i'm starting to question him & would like to know if anyone has any recommendations. I'm taking 40MG of OXYCODONE a day & 100MCG Fentanyl patch, plus Methocarbamol. Those are the "main" ones.
