It's reported to be Fiorinal w/ Codeine, containing 325mg of Aspirin + 50mg of Butalbital + 40mg of Caffeine + 30mg of Codeine; marketed for treating headaches. Since this bears a similar imprint to your pill, I'd be curious to know if yours could be the same type of medication.
