Wife uses Folbic and has for several years (colonectomy). I am retired and have been forced to change insurance. New insurance (AARP Medicare Rx) forces me to use selected pharmacies (for us Walgreens). Walgreens doesn't have Folbic and forced me to buy Vite-Virt Forte for 73.17 (90 Tabs). There are medications that can help, along with diet and lifestyle changes, but it will never be cured and will never go away. I am affected by Acute Pancreatitis can I take B comples forte with vitamin C (Becosules capsules) ## It is very hard to say what may aggravate the pancreas when you have this condition. Thus, even though this is just a supplement, I'd suggest checking with your doctor, before taking anything. The vitamin C can be very acidic and may cause problems. Is this a vitamin or a medication for pain?? ## The trade of this product is actually "Nuran BC Forte". It contains the following active ingredients: Cyproheptadine Hydrochloride Vitamin B Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) Cyproheptadine relieves red, irritated, itchy, watery eyes; sneezing; and runny nose caused by allergies, irritants in the air, and hay fever. That said, I'm not exactly sure as to why these specific vitamins are being combined with an allergy medication, but none-the-less it appears to work synergistically. Something to note is this medication is no longer available in the United States. A list of possible side effects include - Nausea - Dizziness - Dry mouth - Foul taste - Headache - Fatigue. Ive been usin h-vit forte since 3 months .... previously i used to have kinda hair loss but according to me h-vit forte medicene really works... ! my physician suggested me to use it once a day.... and its also a cheaper way to control ur hair loss .... actually it started giving me better results frm two and a half month only whch yet didnt complete a complete round of 6months.... :D

How are you? Some of these supplements can cause nausea and diarrhea, due to their potency, as reported by the U.S. FDA. However, whether or not it helps your hair loss depends on whether or not it has been caused by a deficiency in one of the vital nutrients that it contains. If it is due to natural aging, or genetics, it will not help. Is there anything else I can help with?

My pharmacist tells me that Strovite is a simple vitamin; but I've always been prescribed Vita-s-forte. He then informed me that that was the generic. And the Strovite is the non-generic of the same product.
