Switched from Invokana to Jardiance 2 months ago. I had lost 3-4 pounds on Invokana. Since taking Jardiance I have lost an additional 7 pounds; at my lowest weight in over 30 years. Love it except for all the peeing. ## Weight loss is not listed as a side effect in FDA reports, but it is never easy to say how any given medication will actually affect anyone that takes it. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including dizziness, headache, hypoglycemia, and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have ADD and anxiety. I can't even try take ADD medicine such as Buspar or Straterra. . What can I take that is easier on me. My symtoms from these medicines include, sweating, hot flashes, rapid heart beat, skin feels like its crawling, etc. I am overweight 217 pounds. I also want to lose weight. 2 months ago my doctor prescribed Pradaxa because I have Dvt. I have other health issues therefore I take quite a few meds. After 1 month on Pradaxa, I said to the doc, there are 2 things a woman doesn't want to happen, 1-gain weight and 2- lose your hair. My genius doc said, hair loss is not a side effect. I take Phentermine, and in the past it worked but only for a short while, I don't understand why it stopped working? Is there a stronger version of this or something else I can take? I have been on Vyvanse for 6 weeks. I started at 30 mg for 2 days, then went up to 60 until I saw my doctor about 2 1/2 weeks later. She then prescribed me the full 70 mg dose as well as 30 mg of Adderall for the afternoons, which I have taken either 15 or 30 mg in the afternoon maybe 2 times a week at most. Well, I have lost about 23 pounds which is great, but this weekend I started noticing these dizzy spells, which last for about 10 seconds and seem to come out of nowhere. I am thinking it has something to do with the fact that I am barely eating anything, and when I do its just a few bites here or there. The safest and healthiest way to gain weight is by maintaining a proper diet, and exercise program, but even then, some people never gain much weight, their bodies just aren't made to do so.
