White Round Pill With An 627 (Page 3) (Top voted first)

I just rec'd 30 of these, but they have NO effect. Tooth/gum pain. Am used to oblong tramadol tablets - which, although weak, have an effect on my pain.

Now we're getting these AN 627s. These are like placebos.

These are what the VA gives out. I am sure they wouldn't use them if they were not as strong as the name brand. I have read elsewhere that people suspect the generic tramadol pills are not as strong, but I think they have simply built up a tolerance to the medication, which happens fairly quickly with any pain medication.

Don't take these pills they're probably an opioid or amphetamine antagonist the whole generic drug market is a scam double crossers are skimming the real stuff

listen people, tramadol is an opiod agonist, it is not a real pain killer, nor is it a real opiate. it is a synthetic agonist, not a true opiate. therefore it does not do squat for pain, but it can get you addicted to it, and you will have withdrawl symptoms the same way you would with all opiates. as for generics, they have to be within 3% of the advertized strength on th bottle, so for 100 mg, they have to be within =/- 3 mg tolerance. you would not notice the difference. and for you people who think that you are felling a difference, it is all in your head. tramodol is a pos drug and should not be taken by anybody for anything. it is what doctors give people who have addiction problems with opiates, or they dont really believe you are in pain. and trust me, most of them dont, they see people with pain as seekers, so if you really do have chronic pain, go see a pain management doctor so you can get some help

these are the REAL thing, not a placebo. They are the SAME as the oblong tramadol.

I could order online but itss just a dollar with my insurance. I'm just careful now, and always ask the pharmacies what generics they have in stock.
