Oxynorm Ir 10mg

It is a capsule and half is white and the other half is a tan color. If anybody has an image or can tell me what it is I would greatly appreciate it!

Are there any markings on the capsule? I can't look it up or tell you anything about it, unless I have the imprint.

OxyNorm 10mg capsules have the imprints as follows. Body:'10' & Cap:ONR.
I have tried i/r oxycodone from the USA which, oddly, came in tablet form and was supposedly 30mg strength, brand name was 'Roxicodone' made, if I remember correctly, by a firm called Purdue Pharmaceuticals. They were vastly inferior in effect both analgesic and
the 'fun' side I have grown used to over so many years than 20mg OxyNorm from the UK. All oxycodone in the UK is made by NAPP, although I have seen m/r 40 & 80mg tablets which have been imported, made by Mundipharma. The language on the blisters was Portuguese and a sticker attached reading 'repackaged in UK'. Probably a pharmacy looking for cheaper meds. Regardless of strength, the 5, 10, 20, 40 & 80mg m/r tabs, brand 'OxyContin', all cost over GBP£200 per box of 56. How all can cost the same I haven't the foggiest. Pricing of meds in the UK can be very eccentric. Lormetazepam is outrageously expensive & you can't even get 2mg tabs any more. In Belgium a box of 30 costs 20% of the British 1mg price, and that's for 2mg name brand Noctamid. Similarly, I used to use Roche Rohypnol 1mg which cost me nearly £25/28. Over in BEL, they cost less than £5 for 30 and they still sell the 2mg generic flunitrazepam Aflever, which is as good as Rohypnol, and costs the same as Roche 542s. Well, a tiny bit more, but who's complaining? I had to stop using Xanax and move to 2,5mg lorazepam on the NHS because quite apart from the withdrawal of 1 & 2mg Xanax, the huge amount of 500mcg tabs I had to buy per month was bankrupting me. To be honest I am cheaper buying from an IOP at US$99/30 x Xanor (Pfizer/Upjohn's alternative brandname in some countries, Tafil in others; exactly the same tablets with the same imprints as in any other country - 'U94' for 2mg bars and 'Upjohn 90' for the 1mg. Oddly, the colouring of the 1mg Xanax made in some countries is a bluer type of purple than one might expect or be used to). The Xanor 2mg bars from my IOP are highest quality alprazolam I ever bought online, as good as the famous Argentinian 'Alplax' brand.
Anyway, after all that - you might have guessed that I took all my teatime meds - 40mg OxyNorm, 4mg Rivotril and 5mg lorazepam about 45 mins ago from my loquaciousness - what you have there is the best form of Oxycodone apart from 10mg/ml solution which my doctor absolutely refuses to write up for me!
As far as I am concerned there is no better prescribed analgesic than NAPP OxyNorm. I'm supposed to take a 20mg qds, but very rarely do I restrict a dose to only 20mg. More often than not I take my entire day's 80mg at once. After the first two weeks of my prescription I've usually had a couple of 160mg doses so have to struggle by for a while feeling like crap, unable to have more than 20-40/day, and often find myself having to scour the town for every opioid I can scrounge or buy just to stave off WDs.
Strangely, I have never considered myself an 'abuser' because my dose is too small to begin with and I just happen to like feeling like this, especially in combo with strong BZDs. All that's missing is my Soma, withdrawn here last year, and the only thing that ever helped my lumbar muscular problem. Oxy does not help, neither does any SMR currently available. Having terrible trouble finding affordable 350mg carisoprodol online. How can a drug which cost pennies be sold on websites for US$150 for a month's supply of 90 tabs?

Verwon, looking up the drug gives you the imprint, at least it does in the BNF. The questioner seemed quite sure he had a 10mg OxyNorm. I think he was looking for confirmation, but pills that are not in blisters shouldn't ever be trusted as you should know, so he was quite right to come here to get confirmation. NAPP's site would have been the first place logically to go to; a lot of manufacturers list descriptions of their pills. Useful for when pills are not in the blisters they should be. I don't think many meds in the developed world are sold loose nowadays. As I say, I never trust unblistered meds. Neither should anyone else. A few months ago my pharmacist dispensed 112 x 2mg Roche Rivotril to me loose in a bottle NOT of Roche's manufacture and unsealed with only the pharmacy label as id. I have not seen such a thing for over 20 years so demanded why, and to see the container they came from. Made by Roche Hungary indeed, but it still explains nothing since THEY are usually sold conventionally in blisters of ten, boxes of 60. VERY occasionally they have come in a sealed bottle inside a sealed box. It should be mandatory for all meds to come in normal blister packing. Do we really want to go back to the dark unhygienic days of counting pills from tubs into bottles? I don't think many people would stand for that.
Oops, sorry, you can't stop me when the Oxy kicks in!
