I know one in Nashville near Old hickory Blvd. and Edmonson Pike. Don,t know if you can travel that far. He,s a private sub dr. Its not a clinic. He does not take insurance. Its 300.00 for first visit then 150.00 once a month after that. He will fax in paperwork to your insurance to pay for script. Tell him you were looking for sub drs. online and his name came up. It is in there somewhere. His name is Dr. Charles Freed. located on Edmonson Pike. If you call you,ll get his recording, leave name and your number and he will call you back.

They usually prefer cash because of the limits on the number of patients they can see a year. They aren't able to make enough money to hire people to file the insurance claims. Good luck!

Farther and son on Washington . They will and they are Very nice . But they don't take insurance . I'm trying to find one that takes insurance . If you find one let me know .
