Methadone In Ga

need doctor that gives methadone for pain near Athens ga. or a dr that will do it online. its the only med that truly helps and doesn't mess me up. can not go to clinic bc cant drive anymore. will someone pls help me. if anyone could help it would be deeply appreciated. pls contact me as soon as possible {edited for privacy}.

There are a couple of issues that you should be aware of…

The first is that such a medication cannot be prescribed online. Law requires that a doctor evaluate a patient, in person, regularly, before prescribing controlled substances.

The second is that if you have already gone to a clinic, then that is in your medical records and no regular doctor will be able to prescribed it for you.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

That said, beyond that, due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, you'll need to see a pain management specialist, if you require such a drug on a long-term, ongoing basis.

Can anyone suggest a good doctor in that area?

thank u for your reply. no I haven't ever went to a clinic. I don't need it for drug abuse just for pain. only need 40mg per day. its just the best thing that works and its cheap. the p.m dr I see doesn't prescribe it bc theres a clinic in same town and has me on opana but its very expensive. im disabled and when I hit doughnut whole in insurance it cost $434. I just need to find dr that does prescribe it for pain; I know I may have to go as far as Atlanta to find dr.....I just really need help finding one. thanks a lot. if anyone can give me dr lead I would really appreciate it. thxs again
