How To Inject 30 Mg Op Oxycontin (Top voted first)

I've been taking oxycontin oc with different mgs. and now I just recieved these new oxycontins that are 30 mgs. op and I cant get them to break down so that I can inject them I'm really going through some terrible withdraws. can some one please give me some advice so that I can? Thank you

I am a user of OC 30 mg. It is the ONLY thing that has worked for me over the years. I have been taking it for 6 months now. I just picked up my script and found and OP on the side of the pill when it use to say OC. So I came across this site while trying to find out what these pills are. I am so sad to see this is effecting so many people and although I do not snort, shoot, etc my medication my heart goes out to all of you who unfortunately have fallen victim to addiction. I will pray for you all and I hope you all find temporary relief (your high), but find a long term recovery. I am very sympathetic to you all, I know it is not a personal choice to be an addict. No one says yea, I want to be addicted to drugs for the rest of my life. Yes, you do make the choice to try drugs. But trying drugs and becoming addicted to them are two different things.

Know you are loved, deeply. We are all God's children. and I refuse to judge, degrade or hurt people based on their misfortunes. May god be with you and may relief and recovery fall upon you.

Jayjay124: This is not a place to preach, or be judgmental. Like you, I am one that needs these medications, but the Government and Drug Companies will make up any excuse to boost prices of medicine. At least these people have the courage to talk about it and MAYBE make it safer for them too. You shouldn't be deciding what other people do and don't do. Who knows, maybe this information will save a life. I wouldn't ever consider shooting-up, but there are those that do and you will not influence them to do anything else.

I think I heard that the makers of Oxycontin (Purdue/Pharma) just changed their Oxycontin tablets with some sort of a plastic covering. I read about it about six months ago, saying that they will be moving to this new formula. It is supposed to curb abuse of the medication. Obviously it is working! Sorry dude.

red, nik, and mike hawk are f---in liars. i know from experance you can not cook the op in spoon without water then cook it with water to shoot up.it will turn brown and you can darw it up in the needle but if you shoot it up it will make you sicker than hell. your heart will pound it will in general be a bad few hours. i just tried a 40 and i honestly thought i was going to die my girl had the phone in her hand ready to dial 911. all you who tell people how to do this when you yourself have no clue are going to get someone killed.

ok. I just paid 30 dollars for an OP 80. I injected it and it worked great. Honestly to god if you think this is fake than add me on facebook or something. Wat i did was this: {edited for safety reasons}

The rush came immediately just like the old ones. I am not joking at all. I promise if you do EXACTLY as i posted than it will work. No vinegar, no microwave, just a little detour in the steps from the old way and it was pretty much identical.

I only mess with the OPs if I'm broke or can't find blues. The OPs are half the price 50c a mlg which is ok. You can 100% shoot them done it more times than I can count. The more u do it u will see what works best n then its just a longer routine,not hard at all. {edited for safety}. Enjoy.

What about another way of taking these new OPs? is there a way to do that without it clogging up your nose. Really don't want to get into injecting.

Personal morality can never be successfully legislated. The punishment for use of Oxy for whatever reason should never be death or injury. Shame on the 'just say no, or I'll make you say no' crowd. Voluntary harm reduction, available medical assistance/rehab, education, counseling is an answer to any addiction.People are not lab animals to measure how the effects of new formulation of OXY will affect the bottom line.

Get over yourself. U can't preach to people u dont know a damn thing about!! No one walks in my shoes but me,u don't know our life n clearly aren't about that life so take your useless opinions somewhere people actually care. Stop sitting on your moral high-horse and tell everyone with a disease (yes, addiction is a disease) that you are so much better than they are. Jesus, you can't even spell correctly! I'd suggest what I wrote a couple of posts earlier and figure out why you are in this forum and why you are not out helping those who are addicted, with their issues. Stop judging and start DOING! Your words are so cheap and I am sure you have never even worked, or volunteered for a drug-abuse clinic. Stop rambling and start doing something.

Oh, you are a complete idiot if you don't think Physicians already do their best to curb drug abuse. I am not sure what Medical Doctors you see, but if they saw track marks on their patients, they would never prescribe any narcotics. That is a scientific fact.

If a drug company changes their formulation, it is THEIR responsibility to be certain that the bioavailability of the medication is the same as it was prior to changing the formulation. By the way, nobody MADE Pharma/Purdue change their formulation, it was just a suggestion by your Government (FDA).

No manufacturer should release ANY medication that is not effective. Whoever was responsible for assuring Oxycontin to be the SAME when they changed their formulation is at fault, not a single drug addict. Why do you think Oxycontin costs approximately $10.00 per pill? This is all Big-Drug company politics, that has nothing to do with "Drug-Addicts". Wake up!

If they were unable to produce an effective replacement product for the prior Oxycontin, then that is their responsibility, nobody else. Pharma/Purdue had absolutely NO quality control, all they saw was dollar signs. Now you are mad, but your anger is targeted at the wrong people.

Yes, I know that the new formulation (OP) of Oxycontin is not as Bioavailable as the original formulation, but that was the job of the manufacturer, nobody else. They did not run enough control testing, they did not compare the effects between the two for a sufficient period of time; the drug company is completely to blame.

So, if you have a problem, as I have said earlier, contact the Manufacturer and complain to the FDA, rather than placing blame where it does not belong. Too many times, these major drug companies release medications before they are tested and ready for public consumption, just for the almighty dollar!

Be smart and do the right thing; contact Pharma/Purdue and complain to the FDA. Simply by spewing hatred and accusations on this forum does not help anyone. It might make you feel better for about a second, then what?

Sometimes people's ignorance amazes me! Instead of taking action, you'd rather sit at your computer and point fingers. Well, you'd better be certain those fingers are pointed in the right direction.

Hey so I am going to try the method of taking the coating off crushin the oxy OP 30 cook in spoon till powder is brown add my water cook again and see if I can pull and shoot.. I will let yas know if and how it works

It is so clear that there will be MANY MANY MORE OVERDOSES from the new coating o the Oxy's. when the company gets hit with the multi million dollar lawsuit from some ne then tey will go back to the old ones, Too many people are NOT getting the pain relief they need from the new ones that they are taking more and more, trying to find ways just to snort, or shoot them will cause people to do more than they usually do to get the effect they need. I'm just gonna sit back and wait to hear about the company that PAYS the poor soul the multi millions. , Too bad it'll be too late. PUT THE PILLS BACK THEY WAY THEY WERE.~ next, they will be thinking about ways to take the ALCOHOL out of the ALCOHOL !!!

Pineapple will keep jello from congealing because of Bromelain, an enzyme. Has anyone tried putting Bromelain together with the OP and water and boiled it down? According to Wikipedia, Bromelain is used for medical purposes but do not know if that includes injections. Should break down the gel in the OPs though. Pharmaceutical grade is available on the net

Your God, Jesus Christ is not my God, or most of this world's God, so stop shoving your views down our throats! It's a shame what happened to your family, but if you do not KNOW that addiction is a DISEASE, then crack a text book, or take a college class, instead of bible study, that tells you a man can live in a fish' body for weeks and still live. I'd rather stick to THIS WORLD and REALITY, rather than your opinions and fairy tales.

Again, nothing you say in this forum will help anyone, so I would suggest you go to your local community health center and volunteer your "Christian" services, or even work towards preventing the spread of AIDS from IV drug use. By the way, do you think you are correct when every single physician and scientist in this world says that Addiction IS a disease? What proof do you have that it isn't? What reputable reports can you quote, proving that addiction is a "choice" and not a disease? This was a discussion in the 80's. we are living in 2011, where it is common knowledge that addiction is a medical disease, with an ICD-9 code and Medical Treatment. Just because somebody (as you say) "chooses" to inject themselves, does not make them any less of an addict than someone who just takes pills, or drinks too much. Addiction IS a disease and you are only talking about how people "choose" to deal with it.

Go work at an addiction clinic, or a needle exchange program for about a month, I am sure your attitude will correct itself, real quick! Have you ever worked at a Methadone clinic? Have you ever tested for the HIV virus, for those who are addicts? Have you ever done anything? I am quite sure I know my answer to all of those questions. You are probably one of those people that would turn away needle exchange programs, in exchange for the tremendous spread of the HIV virus, just because JESUS, your GOD, told you so in your dreams.

You live in the real world, with real situations. You need to learn how to be helpful, rather than making the situation worse!
